I placed an order online and order was cancelled 18th November I am still awaiting refund . I have called 3 times and been told it can take up to 8 working days , then 10 now 5 days. Each time the days have rolled by and still not received refund . Disgusting and I can't understand how hard its to process a refund .

Today terrible situation happened to me. I went to the boots at Oxford street. I wanted to get set of deodorant Ted baker. It was on sales and only one box left. So I opened it checked and then closed it and was carried. I wanted to get something else before I will go to checkout. Suddenly costumer service woman come down and said. I watched you you stole stuff I know right now show me your bags . I was shocked. She kept telling me that o stole stuff and right now she will check the camera and call to police. I said that it’s me who is going to call to police because because she’s slanders . She was repeatedly. Manager come and ask us to go downstairs to the office. I showed them my bags and left . By the way they never opened the box and checked if deodorants are inside or been stolen’

I wrote a review a week ago and I still have not had any feedback from Boots - I don't think I will ever get my money or goods I have had a shocking experience with an order placed on 14th and being charged for the goods on 15th and still have not received an email of when I will be receiving the goods. I have spoken to customer service on 4 separate occasions and was told that I have to wait as the order is still showing open and get told there is nothing they can do in re-ordering the items until the item shows as despatched, On another occasion I was told to call the despatch company directly. I was then told that it was the back office team that need to sort it and there is only the person I have raised the complaint with that can deal with it, who never contacts me. Very poor service, and at the moment I am over £70.00 out of pocket without the goods that I could have bought directly from the shop, but chose to go for the deals that were being offered on line. I have sent in a complaint email and asked for further details - still not received any feedback from Boots I highly recommend NOT ordering anything from their online website as you may never get the goods and be out of pocket

Ordered glasses at their Ayr branch on Tuesday at 3.30. Called Wednesday morning 9.30 to ask if could cancel as unsure of frame ordered Told by manager ok but have to come in as couldn’t do refund on phone. Told when in no as order had been processed. Can’t believe out of all Boots opticians in UK my order was processed. Strange glasses not ready till 9th December? Manager now saying she didn’t say yes to refund so it’s me whose telling lies.

My wife has shopped at boots in the Festival Park Hanley for many years. Recently this store changed from staff operated checkouts to self service scan tech! We tried to use the only checkout with a member of staff on. Asked if we wanted to pay with cash and we said no card. Told to us self service even though there was a card machine there. We had points on the Boots card but she did not know how to scan it on the self service till, so starting to feel embarrassed she decided to give up. No member of staff was available to help so we just decided to not bother and left! Called in at the Tunstall branch, what a difference, the staff could not have been more helpful and even pointed out that for a small amount extra spent she could get a gift pack. So she did and was delighted with the fact that a member of staff actually helped her! So no more wasted visits to the Hanley branch and more spending at their competitors like Superdrug etc. We understand that things move on but they appear to forget that not all customers like the new tech with no support staff available.

I ordered vitabiotics perfectil plus hair it was on offer buy one get one free but I got just one when I got back to look at the product it said 3 for 2. Which is reap off and I emailed them many times they didn’t reply back. Never order online

Minimum 40 min waiting each time I call before my call gets conected. I have placed an order was meant to receive free The Ultimate Skin Saviours Edit worth 80£ instead I have received 2x Dior 1.5 ml man's perfume samples! I mean this is disgraceful and thank God I was recording while opening box as judging by the size of the box i had a feeling that the something was just not right.

Ordered a Dyson hairdryer from Boots.com 18/11/22 at 11am and later that evening at 9pm I received an email stating the order was cancelled due to no stock. I have checked Boots.com regularly since receiving this email and it is still showing as being available! Not a good service. Tried speaking to customer service and not satisfied with the La k of response or valid reason for my order being cancelled apart from maybe it came back in stock!! What 1 minute after cancelling my order? Does Boots not know their stock levels or delivery dates??

Don’t order online only got half my order and told it had all been delivered ! Paid for 5 items I never received . They wear you down trying to resolve with emails telling you to report to the local authorities. Terrible terrible service

I am so unhappy that my next day delivery never happened. they sent one of three items and after waiting six days tried to speak to customer service. waited 70 minute on my phone at my expense. when a mail voice answered as soon as I told him my problem he hung up . bad experience and poor company care.wont order online again

Emailed to say two items were missing from my order, no reply apart from the computer generated one. Emailed again same thing. Tried to ask virtual chat and was told couldn’t help me and gave me a phone number to ring. Rung this number four times and was left listening to horrendous music each time for fifteen minutes. I have ordered several hundred pounds of things in the past from Boots will not do so again. After sales customer service is dreadful as you cannot speak to anyone or get a reply by email.

I booked up a Flu vaccination at a Boots Coventry Chemist on-line where I submitted my details that I was over 65 and so eligible for a free NHS vaccination. My appointment was for 15:50. I arrived at Boots at 15:35 and was asked at the Prescription counter if I had completed a questionnaire for the Flu jab. I said that I hadn't been prompted for this when I made my on-line booking, so I was asked to complete one on-line on my mobile phone and send it, which I did. I noticed a large queue for the prescription desk was forming. This was because there was only Pharmacist on duty and she was expected to manage both the prescription service and administer the Flu vaccinations. It was 16:15 when I was asked by the Pharmacist to accompany her for the jab. She asked me details about myself and if I was eligible for an NHS vaccination. I said that she should already have all this information on the Boots system since I had completed the questionnaire. She said that she was told I hadn't been able to complete this but then found the information. The Pharmacist did not have Flu injection with her so she then had to return to the Prescription area to collect it. I was wearing a PPE mask to guard against Covid because I am classified as a vulnerable person. Unfortunately, the Pharmacist wasn't. When I came out of the cubicle there was an even larger queue and a number of people waiting for vaccinations. Boots are getting paid for this Flu rollout and expect a shortage of staff to fit this in to an already busy prescription service. Shame on you Boots.

First impression of Basingstoke Boots - appalling ! Half the ceiling tiles off, untidy shelves, no signage for Vaccinations. Upstairs, large area in disarray and deserted, except for queue for Flu jab. Inadequate seating, not enough staff altho 2 that were there were pleasant and doing their best. On leaving, helped a lady push a wheel chair through heavy manual double doors. Probably a decade since I last visited and won’t ever go again. Such a contrast to all other Vaccination Centres visited.

Horrible customer service, they didn’t deliver my parcel, I informed them of this and was told they couldn’t do anything about it, I was obviously fuming as they are the ones who posted this to me. I had to call Royal Mail to explain the situation, turns out the we’re indeed wrong, and that boots was supposed to open a dispute, which I was told they couldn’t do…..*rolling my eyes* until I did my own investigation. So disappointed with them, I always thought highly of boots!
