“My fridge is not working. Raised issue with the customer care. Request nos. 472275941 and 4240779143. Freezer is working but my lower unit is not cooling. Its been 8days now. Engineer visited after 4days and he just cleaned and said it will start cooling after 1hour. But still my refrigerator is not cooling. Raised this issue and spoken to customer service multiple times and my issue is still not resolved after 8days also. Is this how bosch is working. We purchased bosch products thinking that we will best best. But this is worst. Where should we go now.”
