“I’ve had my abribantia pan at least 10 years I rapt with it so good for 1 pan meals cleans easy as well it’s just my go to pan all the time no complaints from me”

“Having thought l would need to buy a new bin after some years usage.rang Brabantia as the lid would not close. An extremely helpful lady.ordered me a new lid.saving a bin going.land fill .”

“Our Brabantia rubbish has been outstanding for the ~5 years we've had it. The lid latch recently broke off, and Brabantia was awesome at replacing it free of charge, even though we hadnt registered and didnt have the original receipt. Just incredibly good customer care and service on an outstanding product.”

“Brabantia are a reputable company that supports their product extremely well. The reason I say this is because where else can you obtain spare parts for a pedal bin ? Well Brabantia provide a full set of spares for their pedal bins that allow you to extend their life far longer than other products that are not given such quality support. Thank you Brabantia!”

“I agree with the other comments regarding the lid breaking. Got in touch with the company and said nothing they could do without a receipt! They were extremely unhelpful! I don’t think I know anyone who keeps a receipt for a waste bin. This product is expensive and you do not expect the lid to break.”

“It's built in such a way that the lock not always locking it. A lot of garbage stuck in between the side of the inner bin to the other bin. It's hard to clean the side. it's hard to put the garbage bag as it's stuck between the sides and it's twice hard to take it out when it's full”

“They should fire or at least do something with their engineers or designers for most of their bins, especially the tall ones. Makes no physical sense in the current physical universe we occupy. A huge scam due to only using their proprietary bag which are expensive and surprisingly less durable than normal plastic, unbelievable I know. Their design is a tall cylindrical tube that funnels all the weight of your accumulated trash to sink or just weigh into a small sharp end point and bursts out or leaks ur bin AND you can only fit their proprietary plastic bags which costs 11.3% of the bin every 3-4 weeks.”

“Brabantia bins are an expensive waste of money. The lid constantly breaks and although there is a supposed 10 year guarantee they make it almost impossible to get a replacement. I would avoid there products at all costs.”
