“My brakes had been going out for a little bit, so when I finally had the money saved up, I called Brakes To Go. I told them that my brakes weren't working and that I needed new ones ASAP. They were able to send someone out in less than 2 hours and he had put on a new set of brakes in less than 20 minutes.”

“I enjoyed my experience with Brakes To Go and have recommended them to everyone I know. Every person that I worked with was so kind. My brakes started to go out before a big trip abroad and staff worked with me to make sure I got the service I needed without breaking the bank, and they came out to my job! It was great not having to stress about waiting in a mechanic shop for hours. I say the staff were kind but that is an understatement! They never tried to upsell me on a service I didn't need and communicated clearly with both myself, as well as any technicians working with me. I never had to reexplain myself and I never felt like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. It's rare to find honest folks and these guys are it!”

“Can't say enough positive things about these guys- flexibility, convenience, quality work, and all for less than I'd have spent at one of the leading brake shops here in Plano. Looked into several 'mobile' brake services here and these guys were the #1 recommendation. Glad I went with my gut and used them. Brake tech arrived exactly when he was scheduled to, came to the office to work on my car. Took them 20 minutes (tops) to get all the tires and brakes off, clean and service the calipers, and give me a final estimate. They even told me I didn't really need to change my fronts- brought me down there to show me what they meant and how much life was left in them, recommended I hold off on replacement to save a buck rather than charge me for all four sets like most guys would have done. They even fixed my rear passenger side caliper seals for me! I told them 5 stars- will 100% be using these guys exclusively down the road. I can honestly say I've never been more pleased with a brake job. Many well-deserved kudos, gentlemen.”

“I live in Houston and my daughter lives in Austin. Her car needed brakes so I made an appointment with brakes to go. The technician let me know the time he would be there. He was right on time! He didn’t try and up sell me on anything. He told me exactly what we needed and within 30 minutes he was done. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. A++ rating from me!!”

“Needed new brakes and took a chance on Brakes To Go for the first time and I am so glad I did. From my first call to get info about them it was the #1 best experience I have ever had with my car. They quoted my job over the phone and that is exactly what they charged me. The person who showed up was the best. He explained everything to me and knew what he was doing. “I’ve been using BTG since Jonathan, the Founder, was changing brakes outta the back of a black Chevy. His commitment to beating shop prices, doing quality work, and great customer service hasn’t changed one bit since then, and it shows though his team members. I love supporting a local company with great values and incredible service! 11/10 recommend BTG for anyone!”
