They advertise quick shipping but they take well over a week to ship. Other competitors actually ship in the time frames they state. I tried to contact someone for help on why my order took weeks to ship and couldn't get a hold of someone. After 4 days I finally did and was told some of my items were back ordered. No one told me that when I checked out or to expect a delay (I would have gone elsewhere if I knew they were selling stock they didn't currently have.) Stay away. Over priced company that sells what other people do at a better price and zero customer service and ships your order whenever they feel like it.

I had never had a problem with customer service until today. I tried to redeem rewards points and there was a glitch in the system. The customer service rep said she could not/would not help me. I spent a lot of money to earn these points and I must have a paid order to add the free product, so, now I am forced to purchase another product and pay additional shipping and handling fees when the "glitch" is fixed instead of her just adding it manually to my order. Horrible customer service and very disappointing. Now I must wait to place my order until their technical difficulties are worked out.

I was a customer for about a year. I had an issue with one product and wrote a bad review about it - $9 out of over $1000 in purchases. They deleted my review. It was then that I realized I couldn't trust them. They claimed it was user error although I'd used the same product in other molds with no issue. It was about a particular purchase, not them personally. Until then, I had respect.

As a new soap maker, I was very drawn to Brambleberry's wide selection of fragrance oils and I have actually had good luck with every single scent I've ordered from them. However, the biggest issue with Brambleberry is shipping. For one, free shipping is not an option whatsoever. I've been paying well over $30 for shipping on my past several orders, even with the total cost being several hundred dollars. Other competitors in this space offer free shipping with cart minimums. Second, be prepared to wait...a LONG TIME. You can expect your order to be fulfilled in about 3-5 business days and then wait close to another week for your shipment to actually arrive. I'm torn because I love their products, but unless they can change their shipping processes, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Don't order from here. They will take your money and not ship your items! I haven't heard a word back from customer service.

I ordered a few things a week ago. One was lime leaves, they were on sale for $2. When I looked at my order (after I paid) it charged me $8. Still waiting for order to shipp. Tried emailing them after I ordered and still no email response! I WILL NOT order from them again!!!

I purchased a 25 lb. block of goat milk soap base and when I got it, the plastic bag that surrounds it was stuck inside cracks along the edges. In many spots, it was so stuck that, even though I pulled it out slowly, it broke pieces of plastic off. When I wrote customer service, they emailed this reply, "when the vendor pours into those 25lb. blocks, they line the box with plastic first, and it's not uncommon for the plastic to get stuck in the soap a bit near the edges. The easiest way to combat that is to run your melted base through a colander or sieve to catch any loose bits of plastic. We've approached our vendor about this problem many times over the years, but they don't seem to have any intention of changing the way they package, sorry about that!" I replied that that was NOT a solution, because I was purchasing the block to make my soap-making easier. NOT to add a step to the process by sifting pieces of plastic. This was the 2nd email reply, " As a one time courtesy I went ahead and issued a $13.75 refund for 25% off of the price of the base. We will not be able to do that again since the issue is so common. It may be best to purchase your base in 1lb. blocks rather than the 25lb. block so you don't encounter that problem again. " What!? So, they knowingly are taking people's money, even though, in their own words, "the issue is so common."? That is shady. Take your money elsewhere until they decide to sell a high-quality product and switch vendors.

Shipping was horrible. Originally the package was due by UPS on Sunday, then it was moved to Monday. Then on Monday UPS delivered to USPS which would delay deliver until Tuesday. This would be 12 days since I’ve ordered. Do not use this company if you want timely products.

Not at all happy with my purchase of grapefruit essential oil. Smells bitter, not like previous orders. Shipping crazy expensive and no returns. Bad customer service.

I really enjoyed their scents, however nothing else has been a positive experience for me. I was gift 15 lbs of soy wax and it was the wrong one so I asked to exchange and they DON'T OFFER EXCHANGES! I now have a bunch of wax I don't like or want! Any time I go on their 'chat' their reps have been so rude. Their products are really over priced as well! I've found better wax and oils that are so much cheaper. Please save your time and money

Their fragrance oils are hit or miss. Some do not smell at all like their names, like their Honeysuckle fragrance. It smells rancid. I wonder if the reviews on their website are filtered to give a better representation than is accurate, because I cannot believe that anyone thinks that fragrance is pleasant. If you do happen to get a dud, you are out of luck. No refunds on fragrance oils, even those that have not been used.

I love their products, but I agree they need to work on their customer service. I just received a package missing a 7 lb item. This is the third time an item was missing, although it was hand-written in the count on their invoice as being included. Each time the customer service representative agreed to send the replacement product the next day. There have also been two additional times when products were not packaged properly and they leaked. Again, I was given replacement. What is aggravating, and why I will stop purchasing from them as of today, is the "hip" comments as to why they have so many errors. Per Matt today, "It's because the pulling department is made up of people and people make mistakes..." 40% of my purchases have resulted in an item missing. With the damaged goods added in, 60% of my orders have been unsatisfactory. I wonder if it would simply be "human" error if I returned that percentage to them when I provide their treatment in my medical profession... ??

Like other customers below, I had the same experience. It took so long so I contact them and the person name Cloe wrote me back the order processing time is 8 days so mine will be ship on the next day I contacted them. Yes, I waited a week to contact them because of what is going on right now. So, the next day I check on my order status still the same and I wrote them back again. Then the next day this person name Cloe wrote me back with the UPS tracking number. so I clicked the tracking number the package is not even shipped till now. They just created the label after I contacted them for the second time but not actually ship. This was my first time buying here also the last time. They think the customers are a fool. so said

This is place has terrible customer service and I placed an order on the 9th of the months - here we are the 17th and the order hasn't even been shipped out yet. When I contact customer services I ask the ETA and they said, "order will be shipped on the 19th." I said, "Order hasn't even been shipped?" All they say is, "correct." I think 10 days to get an order shipped is a little excessive if you ask me.

I'm so sad I bought things from them. ALL terrible and gross smelling. It was like expired barf. The "lemon extract" was water in a bottle. Not joking. They took my money and when I contacted them were like: "sorry!" end. They suck.

I am a disabled vet and i wanted to try to make soap to earn a little extra money, so I bought a kit that has "everything". It turns out bramble berry is missing a few items so they took a little off my order and sent it to me. no call no email no warning on the site that you wont be able to make anything with this kit since it is missing things. I talked to customer service and the guy i spoke to made it quite clear he couldn't care less, and said I could find the missing items somewhere else. Well that is what I will do and I recommend everyone else does as well. look for everything somewhere else.
