“From calling to inquire about a property to rent it was pure downhill from there....office not knowing what credit checks being completed no liaison customer had to do all the work.....why bother going via an estate agent?”

“I can't recommend Bramleys enough! Having previously had my house listed with another estate agents for almost a year I re-listed with bramleys and it sold within a week. Beth kept myself and the other parties involved up to date throughout, providing a professional and friendly service. I have also since used Bramleys to rent and would speak just as highly of their letting department. I would not hesitate to recommend Bramleys to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent. Thank you.”

“Myself John and My wife Kristy sold 570 Manchester Rd linthwaite and everything completed on the 19th October 2018. Myself and my sister Kathryn also Sold 38 Longden Av Beaumont Park and this completed on the 18th October 2018. The sales advisor who helped us sell these properties was Bethany Smith who works in the Huddersfield Estate Agents. She was very professional and right from day 1 kept us informed of anything that was happening regarding both these properties. We would like to thank Bethany and all the team at Bramleys. “As a tenant, i received great service when reporting a sewage leak in my back garden which was leaking into my property. This happened on a saturday morning. I rang Bramleys and spoke to Charlotte who ensured i was kept updated and the problem was investigated and resolved on the same day. A huge relief!”
