“ WARNING!!! DO NOT PAY THEM!! I requested a refund so many times and they refused to listen to me. I tried calling their number but nothing. I've asked them to call me and they won't. I am now looking to take legal action to shut them down! ”

“ Firstly they are an INDIAN company. Not based in the UK. https://who.is/whois/branddesignexperts.co.uk -> hostindia.net. Secondly they are useless at brand design. Thirdly, they do NOT bide by their own terms and conditions. They are liars and do not refund you. They will force you to open a Paypal dispute that they will ignore. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
