Terrible company. Cut a long story short ignored me for ages then sent the item to the wrong address and on the one hand say it is Royal Mails fault and on the other hand lie and say Royal Mail advised them that it was at the sorting office, even though they are on strike today and I didn't know they are allowed to tell the non recipient where the parcel is. I spoke to Royal Mail on the phone the day before the strike and they said they had delivered it to an address similar to mine but not my address. Months of being ignored. Terrible company too tired to explain very clearly. Don't buy from them.

I bought a new Brita Aluna Water jug a couple of months ago. According to the Brita guide, both Maxtra and Maxtra+ cartridges are compatible with this model, which mean't I could use the existing cartridges I had from my old Brita model. This is rubbish....... !!! do not believe the guide. No way any maxtra cartridge will work because Brita have changed the design of the outlet valve! I am having real trouble finding cartridges that will fit and work, and seriously considering changing to a filter jug from a supplier that does not con its customers. Thanks for nothing Brita

An ongoing saga that has lasted 3 months. 2 plumbers to confirm that it was not the installation of their tap but a faulty tap, and a lot of wasted time and money ! You cannot get through to them by telephone as it seems they always have extreme volume of calls and so you are told to email their customer care team........if you are very lucky you may get an answer in 3 weeks...telling you to phone the customer care team... and so it goes on. Never will I buy from this company again and neither will my friends.
