“We were badly let down by British Publishing Hub with no contact from Harry Smith and Anna Phillips. Our contract was never fulfilled and the company took our money for global copyrights, ISBN only to have all communication severed from them with no reason given. I cannot understand why we were treated so appallingly. Anyone else experiencing this. Legal action taken.”
