Hey, I was a little hesitant after seeing all these 1 star reviews, but was desperate for face masks and these actually looked pretty nice online (as nice as a face mask can look!)... so risked it. I have to say though, super happy with the product, fits perfectly and absolutely not issues with the quality. I did have to email their customer support team (not holding my breath for a response after some of these comments), but they came back the very next morning, very pleasant and helpful! I don't usually leave reviews, but didn't think it was fair the bad rep they have on here, but appreciate you can only comment on your experience. I personally will definitely shop there again.

I wish i had read reviews before I ordered two hats from Brixton. I ordered two hats - different sizes so I could get right fit. One was way too big so I returned it but kept the other one. I finally did get a refund but with a huge “restocking fee” taken out of it. About $20 on a $70 hat. I won’t order from them again.

Edit - The company did in fact refund my money. Nearly 2 months later. I would like to say that the company is not a scam, it is however extremely incompetent. The way they handle business is completely unacceptable for any business. If you love this brand order it from a trusted retailer. If you order from the website expect delayed shipping if you order the wrong size expect your refund to be super delayed. I've been a huge supporter of this company throughout the years and they just lost a super fan. Check out these other reviews, this many people can not be wrong. If I were the owner of Brixton I would fire myself because let's face it, it all starts from the top.

My return was never received or processed, and I lost almost $200. Customer support was not helpful in resolving. As cute as their items are, customer beware.

Company is unethical and scammy. I ordered two items from Brixton both on sale. I received no updates for a week. Called and left a message inquiring about my items. Two hours later checked again my order had been cancelled and the two items I initially tried to purchase were on sale but for much less of a discount. Company does not honor its pricing or commitments. Zero integrity.

They refused to ship what I ordered, told me they had five in stock but they were all defective, refunded my order, and now there's two more for sale on their site, horrible company

Don’t buy anything from them! You won’t get ANY customer service. You won’t receive what you ordered. And they WILL keep your money. Shop somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nightmarish return process. Customer service is slow getting back to you if they get back to you at all. You're expected to provide photos of the items you're returning, charged a restock fee, the time to get credit back to your account is GLACIAL. They have some decent clothing but not worth the hassle. There's better clothing companies online run far more professionally with the customer at top of mind. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Unfortunately very poor Unfortunately, Brixton is a very poor company. I've owned a few of their hats and they were okay. I recently purchased a new one and the hat doesn't match their description. I'm trying to return it and it is not easy and costly. Their team is also not helpful. Honestly, I would buy from another company

I needed to modify an order. A simple problem. I attempted to contact Brixton immediately after order and before shipment. I called 12 times, waited on hold and was told to leave messages. I left two voice messages and sent two e-mails. I heard nothing. My order has now been shipped. I now am expected to pay for a return, restock fee and reorder ($32). This was the most frustrating experience I have had in 40 years of ordering on-line.

I am completely fuming at the lack of customer service this company has. I have sent several emails and several voicemails and cannot reach anybody. It seems after reading these reviews this is very common. It is very disappointing. avoid this company.

I ordered a hat from the Brixton website, but it was too big, even though it was the same size as the exact same style of hat I have in a different color which fits perfectly. I emailed customer service several times and could not get a return shipping label for weeks. The return instructions on the Brixton website said that a return shipping label would be included, but it was not. I finally got a return label and sent it back but was not refunded. Again, I tried to reach out to customer service and eventually was issued a refund, but not until almost 2 weeks after they received the item back. I lost a significant amount of money because shipping was $13 which seems excessive for a small, lightweight hat, and I was charged an $8 restocking fee. Brixton makes cute, high-quality stuff, but I would never order from their website ever again. I would highly recommend placing an order from a third-party seller (i.e. Free People, Tilly's any other retailer that carries their brand) who offers free shipping and returns and has customer service that will actually get back to you.

Customer service from hell!!! I emailed 5 separate times and called 8 different times leaves a total of 7 voicemails. They finally got back with me with no apology and said they had no proof I had tried to contact them so many times. After hell and back I finally got my full refund. They suck don’t buy from them. Trust me!!!

Mail carriers switched halfway through the shipping of my sweater, from UPS to USPS. The new shipping label put on was one that was never included in the order—it went to a completely different city than what was listed as the recipient address, with no number address included so I couldn't even travel there and pick it up. USPS confirmed that it was Brixton that made a new, incorrect shipping label. I have emailed and called Brixton, left voicemails and everything. No response. I spent $60 (sale price + expedited shipping) for absolutely nothing.

I purchased duplicate items by mistake and tried cancelling it every which way I could through BRIXTON misleading website. I purchased the items twice. The company was not understanding as a matter of fact they have caused stress in making things worse. All I asked for was a full refund on the items that I had duplicates of. They’re charging me a restock fee and for shipping instead of refunding my credit card for the entire amount. I was told by an agent that the item was confirmed and could not be cancelled. I purchased the item on May 28th, on June 2nd they emailed a return label. The item didn’t ship until the following week. He stated over weekends and holidays they do not check their system for cancellations before submitting orders to their warehouse. With all the time that went by and the urgency of my MULTIPLE emails amd call you’d think they would cancel my order. But no they still allowed everything to process. They told me BLATANTLY repeatedly that they are charging me a restocking fee as well as shipping cost basically that I WILL NOT BE GETTING MY FULL AMOUNT BACK. I will be share my experience, correspondence, review, etc with The better business bureau, Instagram as well as my YouTube channel to make people aware of what has happened to me and of what could potentially happen to them. No one should have to go through so my aggravation and stress just to cancel an order. I did not ask for anything besides a FULL REFUND of the duplicated order. I sent numerous messages through Brixton website, email and phone call. As a matter of fact when the return label was email to me a weeks before the package arrived the agent did not state such fees. Brixton your company lacks integrity and it’s a shame that despite the policy you “say you” have (which is NOT on your check out page, nor pops up when you check out with PAYPAL which I did. It’s at the back of your website) honored this one time FULL REFUND and not charge me anything. That’s what a company with integrity does for its customers (I was a repeat customer at that) I have purchased plenty of times from your BRAND and also have referred people to purchasing from you of which I have proof of their sales. Why have an option to CANCEL if you’re not going to stop the order??? This is just disgusting and I learned a valuable lesson spending my money with BRIXTON.

Horrible customer service- if they reply back. Charged a restocking fee for a returned order that wasn't as appeared on their own website. I will never purchase from them directly of their products on another retailer's site. BBB will be the next email sent.
