Payd 400 pounds deposit for insurance .. after 2 weeks decide to cancel and they want 158 more .. so they want 558 for 2 weeks insurance no refund .. do buy from this thiefs !! I wait deb collectors to come so i can go to court and try to get some of monney back DONT BUY FROM THIS THIEFS!!

Wish I had read the reviews before taking out insurance with them. I wasn’t happy with the price. Didn’t go ahead with the insurance. And they have stated they are keeping 75 pound admin fee. What a fraudulent company. Please keep away.

I got a quote for £1240 , they called me up I paid in full then they called me up after I had paid and asked for licence and other proof of ID, I don't have my licence because it's lost and out of date needed renewed. They added extra £700 for me to pay so I decided to cancel the policy but they said they will charge me 150 for cancelling the same day I sent email and called to cancel the policy why do you change people to cancel policy the same day consumers rights have 14 days to cancel. I will be reporting this to ombudsman and trading standards, this company is a scam do not buy insurance from these take your money and they never refund you I will be going to my bank to file a complaint.

Reading the reviews, it appears that I'm not the only one who experiences difficulties when attempting to file an income protection claim; however, I am the only one who is aware of the solution to recover my income, as KEZOOK COMPANY advises me on what steps to take once I contact them on Google. Take note: They never pay out! Steer clear of their income protection plan. There is no empathy, no logic, and no caring. It's simply a no; you're not insured, but as soon as you know you can rely on KEZOOK, everything is fine.

Policy NumbNumber 231/08063/000208 STAY AWAY I purchased a policy from them totalling £982 at the end of December and paid the full amount immediately. However, I cancelled it on the 8th of January within the 14-day cooling off period, without making any claims, and they imposed a £150 cancellation fee. Despite the passage of time until the 6th of February, I have not yet received my refund. In my attempts to follow up with them, I have contacted them multiple times, only to be provided with excuses. I plan to wait a couple more days before reporting them to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and action fraud. It is highly advised to avoid this company.

Got 1 digit on no plate wrong result my van was impounded at a cost of £244.00 To get it back And it still says not insured on ASK MID

Takes your deposit and then cancels your policy. steals your money and will make no attempt to help. bunch of thieves. Do not use they won’t pay out in an accident..

What an absolute ridiculous company, they canceled my insurance policy and charged £500 for 1 months cover (total of the policy was £800). Then when I tried to restart the cover they now say it will cost £1100. I then asked to speak to a manager, the phone operator was rude and refused to transfer me as the phones were busy. Then they hung up on me after I said I would happily wait!

I'm very disappointed in this company usually I speak to a woman and she's brilliant really friendly and I just spoken to a guy call Stephan there and he's very rude with me he should not be answering the phone to customers he wouldn't help with the matter hes was verry blunt and next month I will be moving inshoreancs company's just because off Stephan I hate bad customer service not good at all clearly his verbal skills aren't up to the challenge

bad experience as they auto renewed my policy with an extra £50 amonth without asking then once i rang uyp 2 weeks after they saying i owe £500 for cancelation and now holding 2 years no claims till i pay when i wudnt of excepted the policy as was more than last years they are rip off

I went online and got a good quote of these, decided to go with them and paid £171 deposit for my van insurance.5 minutes later a woman rung me up, said she would go through a few things , came back to me a few minutes later and bumped the price up £540 because they said I had 2 notifications on my history but where not my fault. I told her I did not want it and was cancelling the payment, the woman told me there was a charge of hundred £100 if I did this and if I cancelled they would put I have had Insurance voided for further companies. Absolute theives! Looked on more reviews and it seems they do this regular,going to be reporting them , DO NOT USE these , rip off merchants!

Wrong information stated on 2 sets of insurance documentation. 2 hours on the phone trying to sort out and same mistake made again

Avoid this company. They say you clicked on the wrong button therefore your insurance as gone up by £200 Reporting to bank and financial ombudsman as they took £75 cancellation fee!!! Even Dick Turpin wore a mask. I'm going to chase this money
