“I got a quote for £1240 , they called me up I paid in full then they called me up after I had paid and asked for licence and other proof of ID, I don't have my licence because it's lost and out of date needed renewed. They added extra £700 for me to pay so I decided to cancel the policy but they said they will charge me 150 for cancelling the same day I sent email and called to cancel the policy why do you change people to cancel policy the same day consumers rights have 14 days to cancel. I will be reporting this to ombudsman and trading standards, this company is a scam do not buy insurance from these take your money and they never refund you I will be going to my bank to file a complaint.”

STAY AWAY
I purchased a policy from them totalling £982 at the end of December and paid the full amount immediately. However, I cancelled it on the 8th of January within the 14-day cooling off period, without making any claims, and they imposed a £150 cancellation fee. Despite the passage of time until the 6th of February, I have not yet received my refund. In my attempts to follow up with them, I have contacted them multiple times, only to be provided with excuses. I plan to wait a couple more days before reporting them to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and action fraud.
It is highly advised to avoid this company.”

“What an absolute ridiculous company, they canceled my insurance policy and charged £500 for 1 months cover (total of the policy was £800). Then when I tried to restart the cover they now say it will cost £1100. I then asked to speak to a manager, the phone operator was rude and refused to transfer me as the phones were busy. Then they hung up on me after I said I would happily wait!”

“I went online and got a good quote of these, decided to go with them and paid £171 deposit for my van insurance.5 minutes later a woman rung me up, said she would go through a few things , came back to me a few minutes later and bumped the price up £540 because they said I had 2 notifications on my history but where not my fault. I told her I did not want it and was cancelling the payment, the woman told me there was a charge of hundred £100 if I did this and if I cancelled they would put I have had Insurance voided for further companies.
