Elderly parents phone went off which was worrying as they have care connect, phoned BT they were excellent technician came out within 4 hours fixed the problem could not fault them well done BT

I would just like to say that the coverage of the badminton is excellent. We enjoy following the top players around the world and wouldn’t be able to do that if it wasn’t for your coverage. Hope you keep it up 🤞. Thank you!

I had trouble with BT TV. The issue wasn’t immediately solved, but: 1) I had no problem getting through to speak to BT 2) Each agent did all they could and then arranged engineers to come out 3) Each engineer (3 in total) came very quickly, arrived on time and did everything they could 4) As things had been progressing, one agent took ownership of my case and saw it through to conclusion 5) The agent’s boss authorised a solution that was “not the norm for free” and my issue is now resolved. From my experience BT do care about their customers, they do try and resolve issues and I have been impressed.

I had a great experience with bt customer service.ive had a problem viewing my tv which was fixed today.i did have to speak with 2 separate departments both member's of staff were friendly and very helpful.i did struggle a little on my end because I'm currently unwell with strep.I told them my situation and they were very understanding and patient with me.the last thing I wanted to do to day is be stuck on the phone all day or writing reviews.im so happy with the experience I've had today I cant thank bt enough

I spoke to a customer service member called Ben. He was new in the job but I cannot praise him highly enough for his customer service. He was warm, friendly, very patient and came over as such a nice person. It was so nice to speak to someone so pleasant and he answered my query really professionally. Well done to Ben.

I have been with by for 12years for Mobil broadband land line I am very happy and when there is a prob they always help would not go to anybody els

How did I ever manage before coming to by, not only is the broadband reliable and consistent,but I have a new contract with them and they halved my bill,there was a recent fault on my line,which meant my broadband went down, so bt gave me unlimited data in my mobile and the very next day 9 am sharp I had bt on the doorstep to fix it, twenty minutes later problem solved If you want cheap broadband and mobile deals look no further bt are always there to help

Didn't get the young mans name but he was based in the mobile phone teamNewcastle and I talked with him on Monday 25th January between 1030 and 12 noon. He was exceptional both his technical knowledge (I am a class one technophobe and he was gentle with me!) and with his brilliant interpersonal skills. name
