“I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ORDER. I received a lotion I really loved in an ipsy box. So I had tried to purchase some through your wesite. I NEVER received them. I tried to reach out multiple time to get a refund, locate my order, and get a status on my order. NO RESPONSE. It is ashame, because I really liked your products and I wanted to get more.”

“I am happy with the products that I actually received, but my order was missing an item which you are currently in the process of refunding, which is great, although I wouldn’t have been receiving the refund if I hadn’t rang you. It also states on your website that it takes 1-3 working days for delivery, however mine took a lot longer than this (8 days to process the order and a further 7 days to actually receive it).”

“Absolutely amazing bath bombs have used paul the pig bath bomb and was amazing smell was wonderful and the colour was so bright. Also love the lime and coconut body wash made my skin feel so soft and it was all so relaxing. Cant wait to use the others i have brought will definitely be buying again .”
