Very bad customer service. I purchased a Xerox WorkCentre 3215 through Dell.com. I had trouble installing the Workcentre with my answering machine. I called 800-821-2797 during the "third shift." Unfortunately, David answered. Every time I asked for help he told me I did not have a "contract." This is a brand new machine - just delivered that day. After repeated telling me, "You do not have a contract", I asked for his supervisor. He made me wait and wait. Finally, I over heard him talking with his supervisor, Jinette. I heard David say to Jinette, "Can I hang up on her?" Jinette got on the phone with me. I told her I overheard their conversation. She deflected to telling me to call back in the morning when I full staff would be there to help me.
