“The white suit had red spots which looked like ink drops. When asked to exchange or refund, they made an excuse of this being a textile design and no return/exchange policy. Product images on website are different and show more seamless cloth design. Customer service has template response and no interest in understanding customer issues. Will never buy again nor will recommend to anyone.”
“This is the worst online services I have ever experienced in life. I ordered suit pair which was not fitting well so when I asked them to exchange it. they denied saying "we don't have exchange policy you can only order same suit with one size bigger or smaller". You can't exchange with other suit or dress. You also have to courier the package to them and also have to pay when the exchanged package arrives at your door.All this doesn't ends here as the new arrived package is of same size that of earlier one. There is no size difference literally "No Difference". They are just fooling people nothing else. Horrible Experience.”

“They only send good products when they partner or Collab with any influencers or celebrities otherwise they send the worst possible material. I ordered two suits from them and they were nothing like the image and definitely not worth the amount I paid. The material, color (in my case the color of the red suit was all faded), and look were nothing same of what they showed in the image. They won't take returns and even if you are getting a piece of sh*t in name of suit, you have to keep it and I tell you not even your household would consider wearing such kind of clothing. I ship quite often from online sites but shopping from this site had been my worst experience. I wasted my hard earned 6000INR completely. It's a total fraud site and they are only deceiving

Everything I ask them, replacement piece, refund or store credit, they say is not possible. I paid 2000 rupees more over the listed price for shipment to the US and all i get is piece of junk. “The quality of the kurta set received for the price is very bad. The zipper is not working, the pant size is too big. The customer care just doesn’t care they have a common reply no returns or exchanges. When asked why was it not mentioned they just told it’s mentioned in terms and conditions. But if they have such a ridiculous policy they should mention in bold letters before making payment. Shittiest policy I’ve ever seen.”

“The designs look good on website but i have got no update on my prepaid order for over 10 days! They haven't even shipped it yet. My money is stuck. They do not pick calls even after i wait for 30 mins. They don't reply to emails. Horrible.

““I have had the worst experience with bunaai. Firstly they don’t allow any exchanges on the garments and have the shittiest policy of not even exchanging the dress for a size of its purchased on sale.
On top of it their customer care executive disconnected my call. Their company is okay to lose the customers but not exchange any garment for a size. They did not even respond to my emails on time.
Even if we got some discount, but we still paid the money which they don’t consider at all.
