“I ordered 4 items from this children's gift website. Some needed personalisation and I had less than a week in which to receive them for the Christening I am attending. All arrived quicker than expected and I was kept up to date with delivery status of one item needing more time to personalise. All items are really beautiful for a baby girls christening gift, I am glad there are sites who have moved away from all gifts being silver.”
“Do not listen to next day delivery claim!
I paid £9.95 for a next day delivery gift and 3 days later it has still not arrived. When I complained the company told me that it ‘clearly states’ dispatches can take 3-4 days . Company totally unapologetic and as “an act of good faith” said it would refund £3.45 .Would never use this company again.”
