“Ordered and paid for my item straight away. Item didnt arrive by estimated delivery date or a few days after. I contacted the seller twice as did not recieve a reply within a few days so I regretfully left bad feedback as thought I was going to be scammed. Luckily, 2 weeks after original delivery date I recieved a response from seller telling me item had got lost in transit and that I should expect the item within 48 hours. The item did finally arrive. Not a great buying experience, but glad I got my item eventually - thank you!”

“Their help was good but the delivery and item bought was very poor quality, first aquarium arrived smashed, it was not packed well enough for an aquarium, second aquarium arrived, just as the padding on this one was very basic, nowhere near what you need for GLASS, then when I looked at the aquarium i noticed it was very poor build quality, all the sides and ends of the glass were different heights, like a blind person had cut the glass and just knocked it together in 10 seconds!, large uneven dollops of silicone all over the place too, really poor quality”

“I ordered bird treat seed sticks that where sent in nothing but the original packaging with a bit of sellotape holding the label on and no protection at all needless to say they arrived smashed to bits seeds everywhere and unfit for purpose . I understand they are trying to keep p&p prices low but bubble wrapping would have cost pence and protected the items , absolutely stupid now they want me to pay to return the smashed items unbelievable”

“It was only a cardboard box for the vast to the vets, the box arrived in a dog eared condition. It'd o 3rd however work very well. I was advised I could collect Thursday from Argos, not having had any confirmation by Friday afternoon I called at Argos, who had received the item but had not booked it in we're helpful in overcoming the process of collecting my parcel. Fine tuning required I believe. Martin”

“Ordered ancol heavy duty dog lead. Although it did state heavy duty on the tag. I wouldn't take a hamster for a walk with this for fear of it breaking. Can't really fault the service of the seller though.”

“Item received. Couldn't use item as was ripped Kong dog toy. Would have cost me to send item back so wasn't worth it, they offered to replace item once they received the faulty one which they sent out, but this could take a few weeks the occasion was already over. A lot of hassle for nothing in my case. As I wasn't in when item arrived so had to go to local depo to collect And Item couldn't be used,”
