“Advertised as fast delivery but you had no stock of the dog food i purchased. No communication from yourselves until i asked where my order was 5 days later!!!!. My dog ran out of food, i am disabled as was not able to get out to buy any until the next day!. Thats what went wrong”

“I sent the query on 24 Dec 2016 and 29 Dec 2016 stating that "I ordered AFP Interactives Dog Fetch N Treat, order no. 100006517. Since it was my first order ever I was trying to apply "NEW10" code but it did not accept. Could you please look into?" but I never got any response.”

“Even one star is too generous put an order though item not delivered. Offered refund or a new item ask for a new item. Didn't receive again. Waste of time.”

“I was very disappointed my purchase, when I purchased a Armitage dog treat dispenser before from a pet shop it was made of a hard plastic and didn't have a strange smell and it looked like the one in your picture. The item I purchased from you was had a strange smell, the plastic can be pressed in with your fingers and the paint is just white plogges unlike the picture. I might be wrong but it seems like a cheap look alike.”

“you advertise 6x50g aquarium tropical flake food for £8.03, but you only sent 1 item, also i emailed you several times and got no reply, i have reported your site to trading standards as your site it totally misleading, and you are uncontactable, BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SITE/COMPANY FRANK TUCKER”

“Item purchased 24th January, due delivery given as 27th January. It is now 4th Fenruary and still not received. They wrote tomsay the item was out of stock, even though the listing showed the item in stock when I bought it. Very poor and listing clearly wrong.”

“Ordered 8 trays of Chappie and paid for 8. Every email that I have sent has been ignored. A real shame as I have bought via Amazon a few times and price and service was very good. This time I bought direct and have been robbed of £75.53. County Court seems to be the only option.”

“Firstly when purchasing it said the delivery would be expected on 24th - 25th Jan, it came on 28th and it had passed my dogs birthday by that date! My children wanted to sing happy birthday with the cake so they weren't happy either! I sent a complaint via email however I didn't get a response so all in all I had a bad experience and won't be using your company again even my children said don't buy from there again so that says something!”
