First shippment did not arrive. Second shipment arrived several weeks after inwas told it had been shipped. Product was fine when it finally arrived.

I have purchased dog toys without problems previously from buyallmeans. On this occasion I bought direct through their website where toys were 3 for 2 and specified yellow colour. I received 2 yellow and 1 red. I emailed the company but no response so sent the email again and followed up with a telephone call. The reason that 1 red was sent was apparently both colours have the same supplier bar code. Even though their system says in stock it therefore cannot distinguish between colours. In this instance after a telephone call the helpful lady said she would check stock and call me back. No phone call received so followed up with resending an email.

KONG TOYS FOR DOGS are expanse and poor quality I will not buy them again.

First class service until something goes wrong. Goods arrived damaged (broken glass in fish tank) and no answer received from e mails dated 28th Oct or 31st October. If I have done anything incorrect please phone me. Regards Colin James.

Ordered a Superfish LED light for my aquarium 7 days ago the postage is 3-5 working days that has gone now and still no sign of the order. Tracking the item on the website is a joke it has no proper tracking just says the order is complete. Had no email to say where it is or how to track it. Not happy

I wouldn't buy again as it says the ordered product would arrive 3 - 5 days, your now asking for a review and the products have not even arrived yet

Wrong colour goods received and after supplying photos/information via email on 3 separate occasions (as requested by Buyallmeans customer care) nothing was done and after 4 weeks, have given up on receiving a replacement. I will not order from this company again.

I ordered my item on the first of the month and the estimated delivery date was the 8th. They didn't even send them till the 9th as I got a confirmation email saying they have just dispatched my item. I then didn't receive them until the 12th not very good.

We paid an extra .95p to have our order delivered within a few days, but it took weeks to arrive.

Issues with glass shelf on TV stand, still awaiting replacement as promised. Glad I paid using pay pal as I have now raised the issue with them.

The product- a Kong dog toy - is wrapped well and as described, however the length of time it took to be despatched and delivered was over 2 weeks, despite the payment being taken as soon as my order was placed.There was little communication either and I was beginning to think it would be an issue for Paypal to look into

After a lifetime of giving customer service I was not amused when visiting your Saltash store to find that I had to search for a wire basket. There were none at the front door. When asked where I could expect to find one I was informed " The manager told us to scatter them around the store so that people use trolleys". There was no offer to fetch one for me. If this is found to be the standard of service and attitude of staff My visits will be hard to find like the baskets. This will be you loss be my next purchase only £1

The item description was incorrect so I believed I was buying a Large size and received a small. Although they did offer me a refund if I returned it they would not honour what they had advertised and send me the correct item for the price. They said I would have to pay more money if I wanted the larger size even though that is what they had pictured and described on their listing. Very annoyed and disappointed.
