We see you purchased on the Saturday over the Bank Holiday period, so unfortunately it was not able to be processed until the following Tuesday to receive on Wednesday, but with your next order, place it before 3pm on a weekday (Monday-Friday) and if we have it in stock ready to go, you will receive it next working day...for free! “First off I wasn't happy, BuyCleverStuff had sent the wrong items. But a photo call and a day later I had the correct items and a paid for return label to send back the items incorrectly sent. So I'm happy, after all, mistakes happen but that's when good companies can shine and do the right thing. I'm pleased to say BuyCleverStuff is one of those companies”

“Great product but I printed the bar code sheet and left it in porch as instructed and it wasn't needed. A waste of my time.”

“Not really had time to evaluate the product fully in use, but no problems setting up. Neat, with functions not on systems I have owned previously . Hope to get plenty of use out of it. Needs aerial, sold separately.”

“This was bought for my Father in Law and overall he is very pleased with it. The only downside is there is no option to record to tape as he still enjoys relistening to radio programmes. No other issues though with the item. Customer service and delivery were excellent.”

“the delivery was excellent and the price was also very good.Although I had a problem with the understanding of the set up the staff were also excellent although it took some time for them to realise that the problem was due to the customer handbook information.I am pleased that the problem was eventually resolved as I most cetainly would have been unable to achieve this myself.”

“Good product and helpful staff. My unit didn't work at first but we trouble shooted and my bathroom mirror's hand sensor was blocking the IR signal to use the ceiling speakers. Watch out for this as there is no fix other than having to stand in front of the mirror to operate the speakers (block the IR signal bouncing out of the sink!)”

“Bought the kb radio and Bluetooth 2.5" kit. Delivery was very quick. Product packaged nicely. Although pretty obvious and easy to assemble, instructions are clear. In the modern age of safety surprised to find the power supply connection to be a 2core (no earth) screw type block instead of push fit spring connector but it works. Speakers look OK. Sound quality (out of ceiling, not yet fully installed) is a little tinny and at high volume there is distortion. However full volume is pretty loud. I do have a battery bt speaker that has more bass... but I think it's acceptable for the price point. The app is frustrating, would be nice to be able to turn the speakers on/off without having to use the app, but I've not fully used it yet. However you can stream radio to the speakers and even youtube videos. Overall pretty happy considering the cost, quality and simple installation.”
