“Wide range of goods, with organic available on just about every item. I try to eat healthy food, making all my meals from scratch, and this site has just about everything I need to shop for online. Prices are reasonable, including shipping where charged. It's not too difficult to buy enough to get free shipping. Packaging is good and shipping quite fast. Never had a problem with any item. They do hold shipping if an item is not in stock for a day or two but they let you know. One of my most frequent online grocery shopping sites.”

Recently it has become worse: cluttered interface, i am unable to access a wishlist, having to trawl through unwanted products. Customer service is perfunctory. I'm giving it one more go -”
“First time customer, and I am shocked at the customer service. I placed a large order in May for multiple items as I was starting a keto diet. Prior to the items being delivered, I had to undergo emergency surgery, and was on bed rest for eight weeks. Naturally, after the eight weeks passed and I became mobile, I began to open the stacks of mail and parcels which had accumulated in my flat. Upon opening my parcel from this company, I realised one of my items were missing. I searched through every box and I could not locate the item. I immediately email the company about the missing item. However, I received a response back basically advising too bad; its out of the 14 day window so there is nothing they can do. The item costs less than £5, and this company is willing to ruin their reputation and lose a customer over something less than £5? I am shocked!”
