“I ordered my item on a Sunday evening and received a confirmation email. The following day I received another email informing me that my order was being processed and I would receive another email when my goods had been dispatched.
I came home on the tuesday to find my goods sitting on my door step as no one was at home. No email had been received informing me that my goods had been dispatched (nothing in my spam foldereither)
