“I have always found Calumet Glasgow to have very helpful and product savvy staff which adds to the experience of purchasing equipment that is required and not unneccessary items that are sold to you just to up the profit. The only downside to my latest purchase is the time taken for delivery, if I was told it was going to take longer than expected that would be fine and understandable, so Milton Keynes, not the Glasgow store, needs to be more forthcoming with delivery schedule updates.”

“My Nikon flash gun purchased new online stopped working after ten days. Calumet offered a warranty repair but I said I would like a replacement, and they agreed. They said they would call me the following Friday to arrange me collectingthe new flash gun from Drummond Street and did not call. It is Monday and I will now call them...”

“The roller bag insert that I bought fills its role perfectly and appears to be the only such product on sale in the UK. I only withdrew one star because it was out of stock for a long time and I began to think it was not going to be restocked.”

“Visited Belfast store recently to upgrade my DSLR. Staff were helpful, well informed and friendly. It is definitely worthwhile buying from a dedicated photographic shop, especially when purchasing more expensive equipment.”

“Love purchasing from Calumet, they are certainly one of my first port of calls for equipment, and never rule out buying Caluments own brand items, they are great quality at a fraction of the cost. You can sometimes wait a long time for out of stock products and website images could be better, but they are always on the phone if help is needed. Recommended.”
