“We installed our kitchen in our new build house this year. Cambridge kitchen was extremely helpful in planning designing and supplying our kitchen. Specific mention has to be made of Mr Paul Carey their design consultant. He was instrumental in designing our kitchen and always available to help. He was knowledgable, honest and caring. I would strongly recommend Cambridge kitchens.”

“This is our second kitchen from Cambridge Kitchens. We found visits to the Potton Show Centre in St. Neots very useful showing various kitchens in a home environment. As the first time the whole process was professional throughout from the time spent on the design through survey to installation. The site was always left tidy during installation. All trades arrived on the dates given in the schedule and were respectful of our home. Any issues were dealt with at the time and in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would have no hesitation in recommending Cambridge Kitchens to friends and family.”

“A lengthy process and over a year from our first request for an update to our existing 'Cambridge Kitchens' kitchen to its completion . It now looks lovely and we are very happy but overall a very unsatisfactory, long drawn out process.”

“I am very pleased with my kitchen. The salespeople were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the delivery dates were not so good. Once ordered the delivery dates kept being put back. My kitchen was finally delivered over two months later than first promised. The fitter was very nice, friendly and efficient. The only problems I had were from ordering, was being given a delivery date then all the postponements. It looks good.”

“Cambridge Kitchens & Bathrooms (CKB) won the contract to replace the bathroom facilities and staff room areas at The Cambridge, Head Office. Our building is 20 years old and these areas were due a refresh. In addition, with the number of cyclists and runners we have in the workplace, we wanted to provide them with two fully refurbished showers. CKB were very flexible with a number of changes we made throughout the project planning phase and Scott was particularly helpful during this process. Both Dylan and Neil supported and reassured the Project Team throughout and Dylan was always on hand when issues came up. The project lasted a few months and although this timeframe could have been shortened, our facilities are now fully refurbished and well used. In fact, 97% of staff highlighted that they felt the facilities met or exceeded their expectations. A huge thanks to Marcin who was CKB’s primary contractor throughout. He was incredibly diligent, professional and skilled. An asset to the company.”

“We purchased our new kitchen as a supply only package and whilst we may have had a few issues; the time, attention and focus by Neil Ali and Callerton (manufacturers) in resolving them cannot be faulted. Would happily recommend them in the future. Have tried leaving an image with this but the website would not allow.”

“we instructed them to undertake a large project involving 4 rooms. The design service was great and they gave huge promises!! The experience from then on was horrendous! The project management, communication and quality of work are the worst I have ever experienced. A year on we are still having problems, they just ignore you and never return calls or emails. We still have holes in walls that they made to fix leaks they created, items are still missing and products they charge huge premium for are already broken or faulty!! Horrendous!!!!”

“We can definitely recommend Cambridge Kitchens. We had been planning a complete refurbishment of our kitchen including taking out walls and replacing windows with a patio door. After speaking to quite a few kitchen consultants and having various plans being suggested Bianca from Cambridge Kitchens was the only one who listened to what we wanted and came up with plans and was always ready to make any changes we asked for, I am sure sometimes she wished we had gone somewhere else! The end product is fantastic and I am sure we would not have got such a lovely kitchen without her help and design experience. Bianca has been very helpful with suggestions from flooring to lighting. Thank You Bianca.”

“Excellent kitchen design and high quality fitting. Our kitchen was a very awkward shape and the designer we worked with (Scott) took a lot of time to create an excellent solution that we are very pleased with - it’s really changed how we use the kitchen (we eat all of our meals there now as a couple where before we couldn’t do this). All of the tradesmen, including kitchen fitters, tiler, electrician and plasterer, were friendly and thorough, and completed the work to a high quality. I would definitely recommend.”

“We could not be happier with the service provided by Cambridge Kitchens & Bathrooms when we decided to redo our kitchen. Our designer Jane has been absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process; from the initial design consultation through to the finished kitchen, Jane managed the project entirely for us without fault. The level of professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by all those involved in the build and installation of the kitchen was exceptional. We couldn’t be any happier with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Cambridge Kitchens & Bathrooms to anyone!”

“Penny, my design consultant understood my needs and requirements perfectly. We spent many happy hours planning my kitchen looking at every tiny detail. I was thrilled when it was fitted and 45 months later I am still very happy and really enjoy cooking and being in my beautiful kitchen”

“It’s easy to write compliments when things go well but it’s when things go wrong that the true performance of a company can be assessed. On that basis I would not recommend Cambridge Kitchens and Bathrooms. I used my own fitter so all they had to do was deliver the goods. It’s been a complete shambles. 10 weeks on and I still haven’t got everything. They don’t return calls or take ownerships. They are aptly... a complete shower”

“I've been really happy with the kitchen project that Cambridge Kitchens and Bathrooms did for me. They installed a fabulous new large kitchen into my new extension. It looks fab. The whole project ran smoothly from start to finish and I will shortly be using them again for my new ensuite.”

“Shambolic. It took them 10 months to do the bathroom; and the workmanships not that brilliant. Endless excuses, people don't turn up, they have the wrong bits, they've lost the bits, ... They were a bit more competent with the kitchen but don't believe for a minute you can relax and just sit back and watch. Not only don't they tell you anything they don't even seem to talk to each other so stuff doesn't happen unless you keep on top of them And whatever you do do NOT accept their 25/70/5% payment schedule because they're really not that interested in finishing the job. Insist on something like 25/55/20 and hope that gets them a bit more focused on gettin things done, but you'd be best advised to find someone else. Oh, and their fixed price isn't that fixed; they'll try and sting you for things claim they couldn't estimate for, like a flue for the oven extractor ! Anything good to say; well the products are good and the staff are freindly. Shame its such an shambolic organisation, stay away. 10 months is a long long time.”

“Our experience from our first visit to the Potton show homes, a second visit to work on a detailed design, documentation, quotes, specifications of required utilities, communication, delivery and installation, was exemplary. It was so good to work with a company which functions so well. The "before" and "after" pictures show a complete transformation; we got the "wow factor"!”
