The job was done in our absence on holiday. The result is a good job ideal for our purpose. There have been a number if snags which have been promptly corrected by your kind staff.

Our new kitchen went into a space in an old property that hadn't previously been a kitchen. Bianca's design expertise and patience helped us create something that is functional yet looks good - she was always on hand to answer queries and guide us through the process of getting to what we wanted. Delivery time and fitting time were what we had been told to expect. Yes, we did encounter some issues at the fitting stage but Cambridge Kitchens were happy to work with us to get them resolved to our satisfaction.

We had our previous kitchen fitted by Cambridge Kitchens and we were pleased with the whole process result. Having looked at other kitchen fitters and not finding what I was looking for, we went back to CK. Bianca was our designer and the result was good even after changing things around by changing our minds. The start date was kept ( we had actually removed a lot of the units ourselves ). The units were just as expected. The fitters were friendly and got on with the job. The tiler we were not so pleased with. Then we had delays due to miscommunication. The project manager never came or rang to check how things were going. He did respond by email. There were other set backs which were compensated for. It all took 8 weeks to complete which was far longer than expected. There were things missed or needed to be put right but this was done. Yes I would go back but with checks made first and an agreed time scale.

I am very pleased with my kitchen. The salespeople were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the delivery dates were not so good. Once ordered the delivery dates kept being put back. My kitchen was finally delivered over two months later than first promised. The fitter was very nice, friendly and efficient. The only problems I had were from ordering, was being given a delivery date then all the postponements. It looks good.

We purchased our new kitchen as a supply only package and whilst we may have had a few issues; the time, attention and focus by Neil Ali and Callerton (manufacturers) in resolving them cannot be faulted. Would happily recommend them in the future. Have tried leaving an image with this but the website would not allow.

Excellent sales and advice, very good fitters and after Service excellent, which is important. I picked a kitchen from a brochure and got exactly as it was in that brochure. Very pleased Barbara Howard

Dear Mr & Mrs Howard, Thank you so much for recommending us, I will pass on your regards to our fitting team. Enjoy your new kitchen! - Cambridge Kitchens & Bathrooms.

Cambridge Kitchens were efficient and delivered their side of the bargain on time. Their choice of builder, although a very nice man, seems to stretch himself too thin and the project took far to long to complete.

We have had a happy experience working together with Cambridge Kitchens. We had used them some years previously (2004) and were very pleased with our kitchen and it was an obvious choice to use them again. We had an idea of the sort of kitchen we wanted and found it quite easy to make a choice from the range that we were shown on our first visit to the showroom. We find in practice that the kitchen is very easy to run and looks very good and has been admired by many of our friends. Photos were supplied with the customer feedback form returned to you

Overall, I'm very happy with my new bathroom. The design was good and the fittings and work of high standard. However, there were a number of inefficiencies concerning supply and fitting that turned a 10-day job into a six-week one and financial information was not forthcoming. Further, the completed job was not inspected or signed off by the project manager. If these are put right, I would certainly recommend the company.

A lengthy process and over a year from our first request for an update to our existing 'Cambridge Kitchens' kitchen to its completion . It now looks lovely and we are very happy but overall a very unsatisfactory, long drawn out process.

Whilst we are happy with the overall finish with the bathroom we are extremely disappointed with their customer service. There had been a slow leak from the toilet which we only became aware of a year after installation as our utility ceiling became wet, when we called Cambridge kitchens and bathrooms they charged us £100 to come out and look. Once they did come they accepted that the leak was from the toilet and said it had been down to the instillation, they proceeded to fix the leak but 6 months in we are still left with a hole in our ceiling and their installation manager will not respond to emails or phone calls..on the odd occasion we have spoken to him he gives a vague response that it will be fixed but never organises it. Another problem is clearly the wrong paint seems to have been used on the bathroom ceiling as it has now bubbled and is peeling off.. they fitted the whole bathroom including extractor fan.

*Project was supposed to take 3 weeks and took about 3 Months (particularly disappointing as they require full upfront payment before work starts. Despite having bold claims on their website, no part refund for delay was given) *On two occasions we waited in for tradesmen to arrive and no one showed up-no call to inform us *Repeately had to call the office to find out what was happening with our project. Project manager very poor, was obviously trying to balance too many clients *Issues with the project-sink looks nothing like what was on the plan, is too small so water oversplashes. On plan the vanity unit is shaker style but the one which was installed was plain *Unwilling support from owner of this company...slow response time to first email and didn’t even reply to one of our emails. *Asking for further £100+ payment after the project is finished. This was never previously discussed or agreed upon. Beware!! *Having further issues with a large leak which Cambridge kitchens and bathrooms are denying is their fault Very disappointing as we had high hopes and some aspects of the bathroom we are happy with and the tradesmen who came were friendly. Thankfully we ended up not going with Cambridge kitchens and bathrooms for our kitchen and have had a very positive and completely different experience using someone else for our kitchen

So terrible their own workers quit! Timeliness: The project was due to take 6 weeks but took CK 6 months (Aug 2018-Feb 2019), and in the end we still didn’t get the kitchen we paid for with design and measurement errors meaning it couldn’t be fulfilled - our designer Bianca refused to take responsibility.  Service: Disappointingly there was ineffective project management, fitters frequently complained Neil Ali was uncommunicative. We found this to be true when he refused to answer our calls or respond to emails. Problems were compounded by the fact that three CK fitters and a sub-contractor quit CK over the course of our project - all of them complaining about how poorly run the business was.  Quality: Work was often substandard - requiring several visits to re-do - wasting everyone’s time. We asked to discuss the problems with Dylan (owner) who refused to call or meet us. For what is meant to be a fully project managed service, CK dragged their heels throughout and only when we were advised (by their own fitters) to threaten legal action did we see work progress. Clearly, we don’t recommend CK, but if you are tempted to use them our advise would be (1) do not agree to pay the full balance upfront - negotiate stage payments, (2) keep detailed photos/email chains - we were told at several points we would have to pay more for things they had previously agreed to. Finally, note that we were offered money to ‘avoid a bad review’. We refused, you deserve to know.

we instructed them to undertake a large project involving 4 rooms. The design service was great and they gave huge promises!! The experience from then on was horrendous! The project management, communication and quality of work are the worst I have ever experienced. A year on we are still having problems, they just ignore you and never return calls or emails. We still have holes in walls that they made to fix leaks they created, items are still missing and products they charge huge premium for are already broken or faulty!! Horrendous!!!!

It’s easy to write compliments when things go well but it’s when things go wrong that the true performance of a company can be assessed. On that basis I would not recommend Cambridge Kitchens and Bathrooms. I used my own fitter so all they had to do was deliver the goods. It’s been a complete shambles. 10 weeks on and I still haven’t got everything. They don’t return calls or take ownerships. They are aptly... a complete shower

Shambolic. It took them 10 months to do the bathroom; and the workmanships not that brilliant. Endless excuses, people don't turn up, they have the wrong bits, they've lost the bits, ... They were a bit more competent with the kitchen but don't believe for a minute you can relax and just sit back and watch. Not only don't they tell you anything they don't even seem to talk to each other so stuff doesn't happen unless you keep on top of them And whatever you do do NOT accept their 25/70/5% payment schedule because they're really not that interested in finishing the job. Insist on something like 25/55/20 and hope that gets them a bit more focused on gettin things done, but you'd be best advised to find someone else. Oh, and their fixed price isn't that fixed; they'll try and sting you for things claim they couldn't estimate for, like a flue for the oven extractor ! Anything good to say; well the products are good and the staff are freindly. Shame its such an shambolic organisation, stay away. 10 months is a long long time.

Our customer happiness and satisfaction is very important to us, and we never like to hear that a customer is not completely happy with the service they've received. As you're aware our team has worked through project challenges, including replacing the floor which was found not to be structurally sound. We hope you will have many years of enjoyment from your new kitchen and bathroom. Thank you for your honest feedback.
