“It was an anniversary gift, Ordering and uploading was very easy , it delivered before time. So saved my day Photo was not professionally clicked so big canvas showing the scattered pixels Maybe if it was clearly visible in preview I would have ordered smaller frame. But my spouse loved it , so all s worth it.”

“The program to determine how you want your canvas was really simple to use and orchestrated exactly how it'd fit and look upon a wall. However, I'd recommend not using lighter photos, it to digitally darken them, as my one picture came out really light. The other, though, was stunning! Very vibrant and gorgeous! Definitely recommend getting your canvases done here!”

“Design came out really great. Love the color tones and the quality of my image. I appreciate that my black boards stay on the sided of the canvas and not pecking to the front of the image. Everything was lined up perfectly.”

“The print was not the right size. I guess if you use a MacBook it doesn’t give you the option to adjust the size. But your customer service was very helpful and nice and refunded my money and explained how to redo my order so customer service gets a 5.”

“The canvas factory is a sham, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They completely messed up my order and refuse to resend it. They spelled everything wrong. Terrible customer service and poor quality place”

“This canvas was incorrectly printed. Was for a bridal shower and clearly can be seen before packaging that something is wrong. No one reaches out to me to request anything about this order until after I received in the mail and sent a complaint. Still waiting on this issue to be resolved”

“Expedited shipping did not happen. Order took a week longer than promised. Had to call several times to make sure order was released into production. Never offered refund or discount on expedited shipping fee of $59.”

“My order got lost, I called and the gentleman found the unfinished order and due to the delay deducted the cost of shipping. I was pleased with that and the finished product. Thanks”

“Print was cropped incorrectly. I’ve recd an email from art department about a reprint. I asked them for an updated proof, based on changed needs but have not heard back.”

“Every step is very easy. The ordering system is set up so that you can create exactly what you want. The prints come out a good representation of what you created. Even my several decade old prints come out looking great. This is my second order because I was very pleased with the first. And the price is excellent.”
