Per Order 02/May/2023, for delivery 22/May/23, arrived 21/JULY/23, & did not connect/work returned awaiting window mount returned wrong one, cause for complaint???? Unhappy is the word

Without consulting they will send out any old rubbish if the specific item you ordered is out of stock. Causing you delays while you have to return the item and wait for a refund to then reorder from a better quality seller. Defo avoid Car Audio Centre at all costs.

Had problem with fitting the unit and was told by Customer service just to return the unit as it was the wrong unit for my car . rang branch who said you just need a fitting kit but they don't have any ???

This company advertise items on the website they don't even have in stock, The they call you to try and sell you something different and even said oh we found the item that was missing in the warehouse on stock take, When i said to the advisor what was the item missing he couldn't even tell me what it was, I choose to get a refund and 2 days later even though i had emails to say the order was cancelled they still didn't send a refund, Eventually i opened a case with PayPal and they send a refund but by E cheque that takes 5 days to clear, this was on the 1st July, its now the 10th and still no cleared funds, Stay away from this company if you don't wont a world of pain and issues,

We are sorry for not having the item you wanted available and even more for not being able to accurately tell you what item we were missing in our warehouse. The advisor misunderstood the notes on the order. We apologise for the delay in refunding you. However, to address your point about Paypal. We can not choose how Paypal issues a refund to a customer, we just hit the "refund" button and Paypal takes care of the rest. But nevertheless, we are disappointed we couldn't get the order supplied to you. Thank you for your feedback.

The Alpine speakers were expensive and no better than a pair of £20 speakers from Halfords do not waste your money on them

Substituted product, wanted a pioneer reversing camera, got this road angel reverse camera instead and didn’t request it Spoke to customer services and they seem to think they’re right ,customer is not. Bad attitude, look and send product back but even that’s problematic signing to register a return, just make it awkward all the way through, bad company to deal with

Bought two of the under seat subs one works perfectly the other stopped working after 30 mins keeps blowing the fuse swapped subs over to the other wiring which works fine and it blows that so one works perfect the other is junk

Bought a snooper s6900 plus as I was told when I called up to update my current db8500 that even tho it was bought with lifetime map updates it was for only 8yrs and was now obsolete even tho it works perfectly well, do I was convinced to buy the 6900 plus that came promptly but took out of box and was running even older maps than my previous one…. So plugged in to my MacBook to update kept getting a error code whilst trying to update after numerous phone calls to snooper they then told me even tho it says it’s compatible with Apple MacBooks it currently isn’t and they don’t know when it will be ! And so I will need a windows computer to update ! I’m not sure what’s happened to snooper they used to be really on the ball there sat-nav was second to none ! Don’t buy ! Stay clear !

Sales man said - easey to fit with instructions- no instructions came. Salesman was reluctant to answer my calls. Was then told to look at videos online. Which Dont show u how to fit it exactly . Mo the installer wanted £45 to tell me how to fit it but he told me how to do it anyway. Then a week after use the Pioneer head unit froze , and then sales department said this is normal for pioneer and to unplug it for 2 days to reset it. So far. It’s been a bad experience as I was sold a product that they know has issues an I didn’t get fitting instructions like I was told I’d get. Then the head unit fails when u ask it to play a USB. Which is all I really play.

The CAM-TY5-RT interface was the wrong one, had a 24 pin plug instead if 16 pin plug. Still waiting for the correct one

The fitting kit is poor, looks poor after you've fitted the Kenwood DNX7190DABS, gaps to the side of the head unit; no where near to a 'factory fitted' head unit look

On speaking to the salesman I got though to on my phone call I was discussed with the way he spoke to me and very unhelpful He said I’ve been on the phone to you for 22 minutes we are not a technical service to help you to fit your radio go to a fitter who knows what to do instead asking me I asked to be put through to customer service And reported him I hope he gets a talking to Customer service sorted my problem And they were great Ian burrows

I needed a Steering wheel control adapator for my Jeep, I used the look up chart and it recommended the Connects2 ASWC so I ordered one, CAC sent a connects2 SWC3 (not compatible), spoke to their tech department and they confimred needed a ASWC, ordered one (connects2 ASWC) through their online shop and they sent another SWC (v5 this time) still not compatible. Phoned the sales team to make sure I ordered the Connects2 ASWC, they confirmed it then sent me a different brand which isn't compatible. sent it back and got a refund. 3 strikes and failed each time. Sorry would never use again.

placed a review on the car audio centre website and they did not include it in their reviews, so it is showing a fake representation of their business. Ordered a pure vision product 1 year ago today and still has not arrived. Unbelievably they are still advertising the product to everyone that the product will be delivered in March. No one has informed me of updates with customer service or solving the issue. Someone mentioned they received the exact same product '6 months in of waiting' well where's my exactly the same product car audio center instead of keep adding the product as available to buy? Order number: CAC1810283
