I changed from a pure to pure touch believing this would be an upgrade. The pure magnet wasn't strong enough, but the bracket was. now the magnet is stronger but the bracket vibrates. its supposed to have bluetooth and link the voice through car audio, but this isn't working yet, but the built in speaker vibrates at high volume and is worse than the Pure. there are some improvements but not the upgrade I expected.

Price was hi compared to competition. Sales colleague miss led me with what was in the kit (no DAB connector). No great connections for the fakes connectors for the VW fm arial. Audio facia surround didn’t fit the mic it was advertised to fit. Instructions were vague and incomplete. Otherwise all ok?

Only reason I'm giving a two star is because my order still hasn't turned up yet. It's been a week and nothing. Can't review an item I don't have.

Both Road Angle devices very glitchy. Both devices setup but didn't connect to WiFi, then restarted and went into setup mode waiting for 'network' forever. Had to reset with factory reset. Repeated issue. NOT WORKING.

They responded very quickly to my request for information prior to making a purchase. And the good arrive very quickly so full marks for that. But the information provided was not correct. They sold me an item I didn't need and they didn't sell me something I did need. And part of one of the items was missing and they have not replied to my emails about that. So I have to go out to another store and but the missing part and the item that I needed to complete the job that they did not advise me I needed.

Paid £9.99 for next day delivery, came 2 days later, package looked as if it had sat on a shelft for years.

I ordered the lead via Road Angel and paid for next day delivery only to find that it arrived via Royal Mail 48hr delivery, I ended up paying over £29 for what I thought was a Road Angel lead, not happy. Why ask me to fill in my email address when you have sent me this by my email address.

ordered via Snooper needed maps on a memory card for my truck but have been sent a caravan one. Paperwork says truckmate. messaged Snooper yesterday 1st thing got a reply saying someone will be in touch by 12.00 never heard a thing from anyone messaged again about 3pm still waiting

I found the website visually confusing with all the banners etc round the sides and it took me a few attempts to find the item I wanted. I made payment and received an error message saying I would have to start again. About 10 minutes later I received an email saying my order was successful. When the item was despatched I received an email from a 'no reply' address, but none of the details had been completed so it didn't give me the shipping number or the company responsible, so I could not track it. The parcel arrived within a couple of days. I cannot review the item itself as it is a present for someone else.

The spare part i ordered i though was a genuine spare part turned out to be a cheap 3d printed copy at 20 quid i feel ripped off will not use again

Paid for next day delivery, was delivered on third day, with DPD each time emailing to say I had changed the delivery date, which I had not, having initiated no contact with DPD whatsoever. DON'T book fast track delivery, waste of money, and time, having to wait for non-existent deliveries.

So disappoint I ordered a head unit on the expected day I was called to be told it was out of stock I was then sent a different model I was also sent the wrong wiring kit and no help was offered apart from you will have to pay again in which I was shocked at I finally received the correct look them to find the steering control wire to be wrong also I was going to use this company as my new supplier

I received my order which arrived within 3 days of ordering however there was a missing part namely the main wiring loom which means I cannot install the new equipment. I've called twice to request a dispatch of the missing item and they are out of stock and can't provide me with a date as to when it will be back in stock. Really frustrating as it's been a week since I've ordered and who knows how much longer I will have to wait.

Instructions say to use the supplied alcohol wipe, there wasn't one, I emailed you to ask what else I could use. As yet I've had no response.

First one delivered did not work so had to be returned at my cost.Cost me £7. Second one arrived and worked OK. The readout is not very big so is not easy to see but seems accurate. I am not blaming the supplier for this as i should have realised from the sizes this was going to be the case. The design of the gadget means that it catches on the flip up lid to the socket but does go in far enough to make contact. Have a KYKKA tpms in my other car and this was less a third of the price and works much better and shows temp without having to push a button, but not as neat. Although it arrived in 4days it took 3weeks to get a replacement as they said it could not be returned 11days as they were closed for christmas/new year. So ended up taking more than 3 weeks in total.

Ordered came so put car into garage only to find that you sent wrong parts so had to pay for wasting there time. Then phoned you up only to be told I would have to pay for the right part till I sent the old one back so at the moment I’m out £30 and you didn’t send anything to send wrong part back not very impressed

I phoned and asked for a my speed excell to work in spain the salesman sold it to me by saying he would make it work in spain and all I would need to do was to plug it into the car on this assurance I bought When it arrived nothing had been done and I now have to sort it out before I leave for spain

A 24month old satnav had a SIM card failed to do a map update for the 2nd time and left me with a ASImap exi error which rendered the satnav useless on both occasions The fix was to purchase a replacement card and then a 2nd card . The 1st card cost me £20 then 12 months later the second card cost £50 and all this was on a unit which had FREE map updates for life. Not good PR or reliability
