Bought a Pioneer head unit from them as I have Pioneer speakers in my car. I simply tested the new head unit to check that it worked okay and to establish the sound quality and for whatever reason the sound is worse than my current head unit which is years old at this point. After sending an email with no reply I rang car audio to ask for the procedure to send back the item and get a refund when I was told that 'I can't get a refund just because I don't like it'. The guy was extremely unhelpful and essentially said to call trading standards. So that is where I'm at with it at the moment. The worst Customer Service I've ever received, buy with caution because if you're not satisfied with the product they don't care and won't refund you. Poor business and was apparently the General Manger I spoke to. Dodgy. Think twice I would.

Terrible. Don’t use these borderline scammers. Save your money. Wish I did now I’m here making my own sub woofer box after being told I can only have partial refund for something that was their mistake.

I haven't rec'd an invoice for the Dash Cam. The instruction leaflet is a joke! It might be ok for a Liliputian to read but I am 88 years old and cannot decipher it. I might have bought the dash cam at a discount and might be saving money on it but I cannot understand a company with your reputation producing such a tiny leaflet. A lot of us "oldies" still do other things and are not computer literate! I bet that I get no response about this matter!

I did not order anything from this company that I had never heard of, their customer services do not answer the phone or respond to messages left. Tracking information is a fabrication, the same goes for delivery method. Eventually I found out an item ordered from another company had been sent via Car Audio Centre.

first time customer and last time I ordered a car radio and after 1 week it never arrived, so rang up customer services to see what the problem was and was told it was out of stock, even though they took the payment, they never emailed or made any such contact with me to make me aware of this,so i just cancelled VERY POOR BUSINESS !!

Hopeless service, I had an email telling me my order had been dispatched, I had not ordered anything from them, I had never heard of the company. email states parcel is with Parcel-company(unnamed) tracking number is Tracking-Number! States track on line at Tracking-Link this is a generic term not a tracking number. Tried to phone, poor quality sound and repeated unhelpful message, phone never answered. leave message, never responded to to. Still waiting for delivery of ? Avoid

I ordered an Amp, double subwoofer box, wiring kit & x2 xtinct subs about a month ago? Out of my whole order only got the subs, which I returned 1 & kept 1. I'm still waiting for my refund & there's no communication between car audio & myself whatsoever. I'm furious about this as I've left multiple messages online & called god knows how many times!! I've tried explaining myself over & over again & still no one listened? Now why should a paying customer have to wait to be refunded for the items I've not received & 1 item that I've returned? DPD the courier have even admitted their fault in making a mistake with the delivery, but car audio won't do the right thing & just refund what I've paid for? I always used them for my car, all my work was done by their fitting station in ilford, now I'm thinking twice about ever going back to them again!! So not just an online customer you've lost, but a shop customer too? I don't recommend them at all!!! Absolute joke!!

Ordered a hardwire link wire for my dash camera, stated order dispatch. Didn't turn up, all contact with company ignored, Never ordering from company again. Legal action already underway.

Wrong stuff delivered I ordered a incar charger lead for a s6900 sat nav and a mag mount not a bracket as I have got the bracket

Contacted car audio by phone and by email to check that a wired to wireless Apple CarPlay adapter would work with my car only to find after purchasing it didn’t. Spoke with car audio and they explained they can’t check all vehicles, so why did they tell me it would! The paper work that came with the product had a link to check which vehicles it worked with and mine wasn’t listed, d sad o again why tell my it did when it doesn’t.

Very disappointed the sub did not arrive in the box like shown on the website, the sub then did not even fit in the box and needed to modified and the screws to fit the sub was also missing I sent them a message via WhatsApp and I sent an email both have been ignored that’s disrespectful they definitely need to work on there customer service.

The kenwood tweeters sounded distorted on low volume so I don't even use them and the actual sound quality on the kenwood door speakers sounded the same as the standard ones so not very happy with the order at all.

I ordered a part for my Sat nav and gave them the serial number. They sent the wrong part so now I have to pay to send it back in order to get a refund. I wi t be buying there again.
