“After being met with the challenges of finding a capable winch to handle my stretched 79 series with a 3.5 ton off road Hybrid camper in tow I contacted the team @ Carbon. Their customer service was second to none and were happy to spend the time to liase and work out which winch best suited my application! The shipping was fast and on first impressions as soon as you open the box you can see the build quality and attention to detail. Fitting the 15k Scout Pro was a breeze as a very detailed instruction booklet makes everything straightforward. The new black on black mega hook and winch rope compliment the ARB bull bar and colour scheme to perfection!! And at that price point I cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“I purchased a Carbon 12K 12000lb Electric Winch with Black Rope & Hook VER. 3 with a few other items the winch was dispatched the next day, but it's been a week and I have no information about when I can expect the other items to be posted or arrive! So my winch has been sitting in its box for 4 days now because I am still waiting for other items to install it!”

“The dimensions of the winch I purchased are not exactly true due to the breather on the motor end of the winch. This proved troublesome when installing and I had to do some modifications to bar and vehicle to get it to fit.”
