“I've bought a total of 77 vouchers from Cardyard over the list 3 years. Only ever had a problem with one large value Amazon voucher which would not work. They responded quickly, sorted it out and gave me a full refund within a few days. Always get the vouchers quickly. Very pleased, will certainly continue to use them.”

“So saved some money. So we're starting really well. Delivered super quick. Also good Had a problem with a card. It was invalid. They investigate gave me my money back no issues. Also good as it was nice and simple. Would recommend. Hopefully no one else has little issues like I did as it saved me a fortune on PlayStation credit 😀😀 was 17% which is best about”

“Great service, easy to get a quick voucher if needed asap. I had one stuck voucher, which was the refunded 4 months later. (Double purchase and I suspect it was a system bug)”

Thank you for your positive review and for using Cardyard the last 9 months. You had part cancelled an order last year which we discovered hadn't been properly refunded during a quarterly reconciliation so we then sent the refund to your payment card. “Transfer created March 11, 2024 11:31:09 GMT Refunded March 11, 2024 Transfer #995745829 Refunded to Name: CARDYARD LTD Reference P1AE70A This is all the information about the funds returned to CardYard They are trying to defraud me, trying not to pay me, when they paid me the money worth £448.9, and my bank returned the money to Cardyard, this must have happened since 11/03/2024 and since that date I have been trying to contact Cardyard and no one replies, it is very bad support. I am upset and afraid that I will be a victim of a scam. I just want them to send my money back but they say that they did not receive the money when the money was returned from the bank. I am sure that the bank returned the money. I contacted the bank and brought the invoice. And confirming the return of the money. I sent the documents to CardYard support yesterday, but they never respond to my messages. CardYard also deactivated my account on their site after the previous review I wrote on trustpilot. I don’t want to write this publicly, but support left me no choice. I don't want to tarnish anyone's reputation, but I advise this site to improve their support. They are not cooperative at all. They make you feel like you are working for them like a slave. I want my money and I have no problem hiring a lawyer and filing a case on this site and losing ten times this money in exchange for closing it. This site, I want my money!!!!”

We have found out that the bank account you asked us to pay into was created in the name of somebody who had their ID stolen and it was not created by them but by somebody pretending to be them. This caused the individual a lot of hardship over the years as they received demands from credit card accounts created in their name demanding payment for purchases made by somebody else. There is scamming going on here, but not by us!

“I've used cardboard for a few years and always going it excellent in providing me with great discounts on cards covering a range of providers I or my family use regularly. So far there haven't been any hitches with card use, always straightforward and representing great value for money. The app works really well and if there are ever any questions the on line chat gets a prompt useful response( not real time but within an hour to four, time of day dependent,which is fine) , So my rating reflects my lived experience with this company. The discounts are great, varying between suppliers but most I use the between 3%( Amazon)-15%( Pandora) off direct from supplier prices. Thanks Mike, keep up the great work.”

“It’s great, quick and reliable, and can often get a giftcard at a discount, sometimes availability for certain brands is low but for the biggest websites/brands such as Amazon there’s always giftcards around and they reach your email in a couple of minutes, easy way to save a little!”

“Rubbish company won’t help me complete the id check. It “failed” and apparently I don’t live at the address. Offered to provide any information even send a pic of my front door but they just ignore me on chat. Sold £800+ of gift cards already (still not been paid and as mentioned no reply from customer service so probably a scam)”
