“This company became a fraud, the most embarrassing thing is that they don't even answer emails, I made my order in 2023 and it never arrived and they don't even give you a refund, and I tried to cancel the order and They ask you what to pay to cancel, it's something stupid”

“This company is a fraud, I have written several emails from several accounts I have and never received a response! I have already purchased from them once in 2022 and the products arrived within 3 weeks! Now in January 2024 I made a purchase worth £82 and no The product arrived, I contacted them via email and no response! I also did a thorough search to find their physical phone numbers, I found some numbers, I will leave the printed ones here, and none of them responded, the call hangs up automatically, I found a number on a cell phone, the only one who called, leaving access extensions, they answered automatically saying to contact them by email! In other words, it's a cycle of tiring the customer and no response, I read all their information, and they always have an answer where the customer is to blame, like if you don't receive an email back the problem is your email provider, what do you mean my email provider? I used the same email address where they stole my money when they sent the invoice with a fake order number, but to get a response the problem is my email provider….I will report it!”

“I did buy from them in the past, and it was all good. Last December 16 I purchase £150 worth hair products they said it would be delivered whiting 12 days, it's already February 12 still haven't got my products. Emailed like 4 times, still nothing. came here to see if I was the only one having this issue, but it seems like they are not the same as when they start, shame. But they will give me my money back!!!”

“They took our money and did not deliver. They did not communicate with us and they ignored our demands for a refund. After 40+ emails they responded to say the product was not available and ask if we want to cancel. Asked again for a refund and they ignored it. Many people lose their money in the same way. They are scammers. Note that the UK web URL is just a front for the Barcelona company.”

“it is definitely a SCAM. I placed 3 weeks ago. When messaging then through their website, it tell you to look out for confirmation of submission, but it is never there. I did it three times. Then,.if you email.them to the email address inbthe website, again no answer. Money was taken, but order never processed”

“My review will be pretty similar to the other reviews. Ordered some products, never received them and never got any reply from their so called customer service, which I wrote to about 4 times . It's clearly a scam !!!!”

“This website is a scam! I have ordered a hair product which was showing “In stock”. After 3 weeks they have contacted me and said that this product is in fact out of stock. I have asked it to be replaced with alternative products which was also showing “In stock” online but apparently appeared to be not available as well . After that I have asked to cancel my order and arrange the refund which have never been processed. They just stopped responding any of my messages. These guys are scammers! Never order anything there!!!”

“Product or refund never received Same issue as for everyone, ordered a product 2 months ago, never received the product or a refund. They answered only once telling the product is not on stock and asking me to order so ething else or they will refund me in points... I want my money back not points but anyway got nothing ....”

“In November I ordered some aftershave, the money was taken the next day. This was a Christmas present and I did not receive anything nor did I hear anything. Kept contacting them, no response and finally on 27th December I received an email to say that the product was not in stock and they would give me points for the money I paid. I don’t want points, just a refund as they should never have taken the money when the product is not available! Have asked for the refund several times now, no response!! This is just not right, I will keep trying and hope one day they will give me my money back. This is not the kind of company I want to deal with.”

“They advertised an item that they couldn’t possibly have, as the product is no longer being made. I realised that the same day. Cancelled my order right away. They didn’t respond for about two weeks. Finally acknowledged my cancelling the item they falsely advertised as having. But no refund. They said they put it in my account. I don’t have an account with them. I said to them as much. That was weeks ago, and still no refund. They certainly are a fraudulent company and extremely dishonest.”

“UPDATE :: After 20 more days .. So ,in these 20 days I gave them at least 3 more reminders asking the status of my refund , but sadly no reply. Till this point I had gave up checking my bank app looking for a miracle to happen. But I still gave then reminders every 4-5 days and every time I wrote them a reminder I mentioned that "This is my seventh or eighth reminder". I did that on purpose because in the future if I had to fight a legal battle against them, then I have a proof that I gave them like total 10 reminders but they did nothing .. Another thing I did in these 20 days was I uploaded some negative reviews on various websites about Carethy , telling people about my personal experience ,not getting refund and worst support from customer care along with my order Number... Day 21 and I received a mail for Carethy stating that your refund was processed yesterday along with some Stripe ID number and please wait for 14 more days . Again my hopes very high ,but I also thought that all this was just a gimmick , this all has already happened with me 2 times before and may be this was all just to keep me quite for 14 more days , but on the other hand I thought that what was the need for them to reply now if all this is a scam.. Well I didn't had any other option except to wait and watch .. Day 22.. I checked the app for my credit card in the afternoon and there it was .. my full refund amount. I don't know how it happened whether it was because of the reminders or the negative reviews I posted on various sites or their service is just so dumb, but I got my money back somehow. After all this if you ask me whether Carethy is a scam website ? I would says NO, because a scammer doesn't refund your money in any case whatsoever. So will I buy from them again or even recommend this site to anyone? Again a big No. where is the problem ? why are so many people complaining that this site is a scam ? Well I think they are really really slow in processing orders and their customer care is pathetic , people try to communicate with customer care and when they do not respond they think that they have been scammed and give negative reviews on various websites and never follow them back.. which is totally fine , even I did the same .. But eventually after 3-4 months when they get their refund they don't care to update their review which is again totally fine. Glad that I got my money back and proud that I didn't make a purchase from a fake website , having a good knowledge of computers I was surprised by myself that how can I not tell the difference between a genuine and a fake website, but turns out they are just dumbos not scammers...”

“My order was listed as 'processing' and it's nearly a month since it was placed. Carethy have ignored every email and now my account isn't accessible. I have to conclude this is a scam company andy money has been lost. **Do NOT buy from this company **”
