“Ordered an aftershave on 6th November, order to be delivered by 17th November, still haven't recieved it , no shipping update since 14th November, have emailed several times asking for a refund for goods not recieved within the timescale , they emailed me a form to fill on regarding shipping and have heard nothing since ! AVOID , TOTAL SCAM MERCHANTS !!!!!”

“Poor service have not replied to 2 emails i sent using their own response method but have not replied to either. So i have product i didn't order,i think this company is appalling .”

“Avoid this Scam Company!!!!!!!!! Avoid this Scam Company!!!!!!!!! I ordered an expensive skincare gift set (£135) on Carethy website on 14 Nov, but now 4 weeks past still not received(The excepted delivery date is by 25 Nov). According to the tracking information, it arrived at UK custom from Spain on 23 Nov, and it said "delivery attempted" on 17 Nov, but I never received it or received any email/texts/notes from the carrier" Spring Global Delivery Solution", no update at all. I called and emailed Carethy customer service, the staff Sonia said will check for me but never reply again, she agreed to give me a refund if the parcel is still no news, but didn't reply to my 5 emails. This is the worst company I ever met, totally a scam!!!!! Pls be aware and avoid this company!”

“No indication that the items we're coming from Spain, and therefore subject to import duty. Of course it's in the small print but only found when you spend 10minutes searching their site. Speaks volumes about their ethics...”

“Purchased a hairdryer recommended to me. Shipping took over 2 weeks. Product I am unable to use due to incorrect voltage and plug needed in my country. Carethy first deleted the webpage of the product I bought and then emailed me saying the fault is my own as they "did research and show no discrepancy and that they're not responsible" and did not offer any method of resolution at all. E-commerce companies with no methods of resolution are a scam. Stay away from Carethy, buy the same exact products on Amazon or elsewhere.”

“Order number PHA-AU-22092909320561c06. I ordered 4 unwaxed GUM flosses at a cost of $28 and $20 postage from Carethy. The unwaxed label can be clearly seen on the item I ordered. I have been buying these locally in Australia for 3 years under direction from my periodontist - only 4 pharmacies in Melbourne sold them, now none of them do. I had to source them online and these could only be obtained from overseas. They took a month to arrive, but after reading stories here and elsewhere of people not receiving items from Carethy, I was glad when they arrived yesterday. However, the flosses sent were waxed! I can choose from a vast array of waxed floss at any pharmacy or supermarket in Australia for a fraction of the price I paid. A site dealing specifically in health products needs to get their orders right, and Carethy have failed to deliver the item I require. Very disappointed and angry as the unwaxed floss is essential for my dental health. With a 2 month turnaround and another $40 postage, I won't be bothering about an exchange. John Middleton”

“Horrendous and very unpleasant experience of dealing with their " Customer Service" - there is basically no service. The parcel wasn't packed properly and arrived damaged with liquid gel exploding over all the merchandise, have tried to talk some common sense into Carethy Gang ( I have no other word for this company). The damaged box is still untouched waiting to be picked up ad refunded. Since 2nd September. Never again, that's for sure”

“I cancelled my order after placing it and they said they cannot cancel it because has already been processed. They advised me to refuse the parcel-I couldn't, because RM just left it at the door without even knocking, me being at home at the time. I then emailed them and asked them where to send it back- they gave me a different address from the one on the box, so I send it there. I never opened the parcel, but just put it in a bag and send it to that address they gave me. That was 2 months ago. The parcel is stuck with Customs since the 18th of July. Customs asked Carethy to send them the documents for that parcel, probably for the content, but they can't be bothered to supply those docs. Meanwhile, the person that I keep getting answers to my emails from keeps saying that they will not refund me until they get the parcel, but they need to go and pick up the parcel and they can't be bothered. I do not think I will get my money back. £68.88 lost +£14 to send it back, all because they refused to cancel the order. So, please be very careful with this site, as you will not get a refund for sure. I do not know whom to talk to or where to make a complaint for these ones. I would not recommend this site to anyone.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They sent me the wrong products! Their product description states one hair product but the image shows a different product but in same colour bottle/size etc so not easy to spot. When I contacted them to ask for free return and refund (3 separate emails to them to try to sort out) all I get is a standard response which doesn’t address issue at all. I ordered in haste - should have read the reviews!!”

“Carethy were cheapest on line for the three items I wanted plus postage, so on 18th July I placed and paid for my order and received an email saying estimated delivered between 22nd & 26th July. Only then did I read the reviews. Horror, shock ! I was horrified at so many negative reviews and fully expected to have lost my money. However on 23rd July my order arrived, well packaged, no leaks, no damage, I was so relieved. Cant fault Carethy.”

“Absolutely terrible company they knowingly sold me products the didn’t have in stock and actually lies by giving me a delivery date when you try to get you money they delay the process by send stupid emails then eventually they say the will refund it’s been over two weeks now and still not been refunded I wouldn’t use this company at all again shocking service”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Has uk website, but shipping from Spain at £6.99 So far, despite 3 attempts to get answers from Daniel - no delivery, unable to track delivery, no confirmation of a delivery ( because I’ve not had one), no refund despite requesting one. I’ve lost over £70. Furious. If I do not get a response from them today, I will be taking this further.”

“Appalling company. Do not use. They essentially ran me around for 3 months chasing the delivery and then saying they take no responsibility. They have essentially stolen my payment and claim that their terms mean they are not responsible for non-delivery from their courier.”
