"Horrible experience. The company is offering and selling products that are not available or not in stock and will never be delivered. The seller does not communicate in a timely fashion and the promised refund never arrived. Finally we had to ask our bank for a back-charge on our credit card. We have finally received our money back after 6 months not because of Carethy but thanks to our bank."

"This company became a fraud, the most embarrassing thing is that they don't even answer emails, I made my order in 2023 and it never arrived and they don't even give you a refund, and I tried to cancel the order and They ask you what to pay to cancel, it's something stupid"
