THIEVES AND LIARS!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I placed my order and my €59 payment was confirmed. Two weeks later, I received an email from them saying they couldn't fulfill the order because the items were out of stock. Why would their website even take my payment for items that were out of stock? Next, they told me I would receive my refund in 2 more weeks. DOZENS OF EMAILS AND 6 MONTHS LATER, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY!!! They keep saying they're having IT problems. I have never written such a negative review anywhere. I am astounded at the blatant thievery of Carethy.com

HERE IS WHAT YOU DO WHEN YOU GET SCAMMED BY CARETHY! Worked for me. Try it out for yourself. 1) use the contact on their page to ask for cancellation and a refund 2) after they reply, they’re going to try and sell you more products with a code or the story of 2 weeks before they refund you. 3) write back and demand your money up to 48 hours or you’re gonna contact the bank. 4) write a negative review stating that there is a delay in refunds and you still didn’t get your money back. They only take care of the TrustPilot reviews, so write on TrustPilot in the general English version, as well as your country’s version. 5) they reply to negative reviews about refunds quickly, maybe up to 3-4 days. After they reply, they will send you an email that your money has been refunded. It will take another 2 or so days for that money to be back on your account. Good luck

My order was supposed to have arrived on the 22 of April 2020 but it didn't. I contacted them only to be informed that the product is no longer available. I requested for a refund and up till now, I have not received my refund. I have sent countless messages and they keep making excuses. Still no refund. Avoid and please avoid this company.

I ordered hand sanitizer. I paid for shipping also. As soon as I ordered it I knew I was screwed. I’m not sure how to get my money back. Do not order from this sight. Repeat! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Attempted to cancel my order within an hour of purchase and received notifcation 15 hours later that order was being shipped. After following up on the status of my cancellation request I was informed that they were unable to cancel it because the product was already being shipped. The website tells customers they have over 50 customer services agents ready to address requests, this must include filtering cancellation requests that occur prior to shipment. The product arrived in a box that looked like it had been kicked around the pitch in the Euros and when I opened the package expecting it to be destroyed, the product was still in great shape with an expiration date of Feb 2021, four months old. Fitting end to this order! Not bothering with the return process or any future communication with these people, they got my money and never will again. Don't make the same mistake I did - AVOID Carethy.

I have ordered hair products on 20/05/21. The order should have been delivered on 15/06, which is time enough (today is 27/06). I have sent two emails to them, as a response to the first one they said they will respond me in 24h - working days, I have not got any response so far. I have not get any response to my second email. They do not give any decent post shop support. It was my first and last experience buying anything from them. To another buyers : stay away! It does not worth to spend your money with this company!

I ordered my product over 2 weeks ago and it still shows the order is processing. I highly doubt I’ll ever receive my product. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I gave away my money.

order number - PHA-IE-210121114546acc its a SCAM - ordered a product on the 21st of January. Still have not received anything and keep going in circles via email. they are not helpful what's so ever and they hardly give any information given on my package. NEVER order from here. will be contacting the fraud service if nothing arrives in the next week.

Hi order number BIU-ZA-210208131129989. I've placed my order on 8th February 2021 and already paid, never received a confirmation email. When I try to track my order it says that the email does not match the order number. Delivery would have been between 15 and 24 February but I have no idea what is happening. I would like to know if my order has been processed or shipped already. They do not respond to any emails. Can you please assist me in this matter.

Ordered two hair dyes a month ago, they told me they weren't available and that they would send them in a months time. I have tried repeatedly to contact them via email and on their online form but they never answer. I am starting to feel as if I have been scammed.

Terrible service. Waited 12 weeks for a product costing £44, asked for money back, still waiting 12 weeks later. Avoid at all costs.

Biggest Scam website. Please please do not buy anything from them. My order had got cancelled due to not in stock issue. They persuaded me to buy something similar from their website for which I refused and asked them to cancel my order. They cancelled it and said I would get my refund with 14 working days. It has been over a month and I have not received my refund. Their customer service is pathetic and they are giving lame excuses as their payment system suffered failure and my refund would be processed soon. They dont give any ETA on the same . Apparently I just checked the reviews and a lot of people are suffering. I wish I had checked these reviews before itself. Anyway, i am following up with my Bank and lawyer on this issue. The company is registered in Spain. I have also sent a mail to their domain registrar. I will be taking legal action against them

THIEVES! SCAMMERS! LIARS! That is what this company is. They took my money only to tell me 2 weeks later no stock. Offered me points or a refund. I opted for a full refund... this is when the bs started. Technical issues, 14 days waiting period, IT issues bla bla bla! They are a disgrace for the world. They are thieves and nothing less. STAY AWAY!!

Ordered in July, waited four weeks, enquired and was offered refund or 10% on another order. Requested refund about six times now. No refund and it’s mid September. I’m not going to stop haunting them. Seems to be their MO. Don’t use them!!

I wish i had read the reviews earlier. As I read they keep doing it the same way. I ordered products, I got information they were out of stock, I was promised refund but after weeks their only information is they have technical problems sending money. READ REVIEWS before buying anything. I'm not going to leave it like this. It's not only about money. Being cheated is frustrating.

Evil Scammers. Strung me along for over a month. Would have continued so until 12th of Never. As soon as I took it up with Paypal Carethy refunded me in full (£32.79) . Paypal and anyone else who handles payments to/for them are complicit in their crimes in my view. I feel sure they know or could easily know what’s going on. They SHOULD act to stop their malfeasance ( nice word, don’t you think?). Actually, It’ s not a joking matter. Innocent people are suffering and evil wrongdoers are prospering . Hope this post does any good

This company is an absolute scam!! They don’t send your products, then when you ask for a refund they give you bulls**t excuses about technical difficulties with there system! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM....and do nothing but rip consumers off!!.. I still haven’t got my money back and I placed the order at the start of March.. $250, s*^t company.
