“Firstly, the following feedback opinions are purely my own. I have no connection to the firm. I first ordered mats from Carmats4U around 4 years ago for my previous car. I needed mats, I didn't want bog standard 'universal' ones, so after some online research I opted to try this company, a purely 'gut feeling' on my part, so part of me was ready to chastise myself for paying more than I needed to! The first thing that struck me after placing my order, was the fact that right from the off (placing my order), right through cutting and onto finishing the mats I received updates by email advising me of the stage they were at. The mats were delivered within the time frame I was given, and once they arrived, and removed from the packaging it was clear that I had made a good decision to use Carmats4U. I didn't buy the superior quality ones, but even so, the finishing of the mats and contrasting mat edging was quality. Maybe it's because I'm getting older, but having custom fitted mats makes all the difference to the interior of a car. They seem to soften noise within the vehicle, and they make it really cozy for the driver and passengers. It's not just pleasing asthetics that are affective either, there is also a safety aspect too. I find that universal mats have a tendancy to move around in the driver's footwell, and there is a real issue with the mat 'rucking' up underneath the vehicle pedals. Anyway, fast forward 4 years, old car traded in for a newer used one. I left the mats in the older car, and quite honestly, despite the efforts of various grandkids, and my wife, the mats showed little sign of wear. A quick shake, and vacuum was all that was required. I now have a 'newer used' car, and the first thing I did upon its collection was get online and ordered some new mats....! I didn't contemplate going elsewhere other than Carmats4U, I knew what I would be getting, so there was no point in changing supplier. One change that I did make was purchasing a higher quality of carpet for the mats. There was no other reason for the upgrade other than I fancied treating myself !! The mats have arrived, the email updates were as thorough as my previous experience, and they are in my vehicle. If you are in the market for damn good quality mats that fit properly, and wear well I can only point you in the direction of this company! Also, if you read the above review with a degree of scepticism (as I probably would), then just take 2 nuggets of advice from it all. 1. Buy cheap buy twice and 2. If a 10 year old granddaughter without any prompting says 'oh grandad, I like the new mats, what a lovely colour', then that itself is all you need to know!!!!”
