Sold a mobile phone to an elderly lady in her 70,s that she could couldn't use and was told to practice aft home
Could not get to grips with it at home so took it back 2 days later for refund or credit note
They phoned head office who refused to do either as they had changed the policey on returns last week
Sales lad advised that it was an elderly lady to which he was told tuff the police had changed
Hence very upset pensioner mother in law
Never use again and inlaw out of pocket 220.

If your phone is faulty they insist it away for minimum 2 weeks and leaving you without a smartphone.
Atrocious customer service.
Their returns policy looks like it is designed to put folk off returning faulty products which is shocking.

I've been waiting for a bloody refund since December, they keep telling me it's been processed, when I get back to them saying I have not received anything, their answer is that they are looking into it and I should allow 3-5 working days...it's been 2 months ago and still nothing. Frustrating and appalling!
