“Overall the experience was terrible, long story short don't expect express delivery if you pay for it. The gift card/note wasn't included so the person it was intended for hadn't a clue who it was from. Not all items you see in the picture is included in the hamper(which isn't a hamper but a box) I dealt with 2 women in customer service, one was lovely and very helpful the other I found quite cheeky. Overall I would never put myself through that stress again. Very disappointed in the whole experience.”

“I’m still waiting for a refund, haven’t gotten a response from your customer service I messaged on 15th of December for a refund, it is now 5th Jan still waiting… You email me with an email address that I can’t reply to, says no reply Asking what refund is for. Refund was for I cancelled the order as wrong delivery address was on my order. So I didn’t get order. I called your customer service they tell me it was refunded on 15th December, I never got this money back and they said they’d call me back and no call! Sick of chasing you for my refund 😞 Please sort”

“I ordered an advent calendar on the 16th of November. 3-5 day’s delivery. It never arrived. I emailed asking about it & they said it must have got lost & they didn’t have anymore in stock. I will never order another think from this site. Very disappointed with the service.”

“I have ordered Five or six times from Carrolls, Tayto Cheese & Onion bag, and the bag size is always .42g. However, on my last order, they switched the bag size to .25g. When I sent an email explaining about the wrong bag size they denied I ever received any other bag size except .25 This is not what I expected from customer service, for you to disbelieve me and insult my honesty and integrity. " What happened to the customer is always right." ”
