Terrible. The service is shocking. Can't get a hold of anyone all they say is someone will phone you back but they never do.

The handover was shambolic. After waiting a few hours the car was eventually brought into the showroom and wasn’t in a good condition. Various scuffs/scratches from 2 metres. From the start of purchasing the vehicle there was discrepancies in the price aswell as the vehicle price online was different to the vehicle price on the forecourt. And the showroom insisted we had to pay the higher price. The showroom have offered to pay for the vehicle to get painted as 1 of the doors was below the standard we expected.

Was sold a car that is in need of some work it is needing respiratory as doors are 2 different reds am waiting to get app to bring car in for repair but not happy some one in showroom has put a deep scratch on drivers door too you can’t see faults in showroom when there but can when outdoors the salesman was very nice and attentive tho

The worst service and communication I have ever experienced from PV Glasgow. If I had read reviews before I started I wouldn't have used them. Everything reported I experienced, bad attitude, lack of communication, most of the time I couldn't even get an answer from phone. The adverts online said free delivery, I was charged £349. It was all about the money, not even an acknowledgement they received it. The delivery man however was lovely if it hadn't been for him I wouldn't have known what documents were required. I wasn't told anything about the car itself, what I knew I read on auto trader. It said 6months warranty I don't even know if that is the case. Shockingly bad customer service, never never use this company. The whole experience was do stressful, the day before delivery I was in tears of frustration I would have backed out but by then I was in too deep and couldn't.

No one followed up my web enquiry and had to make a quick dash in to see if the car was available. Visited the 1st time and no one could find the keys to the car we were interested in - in fairness it was almost closing time (despite what the website said) it didn't appear like anyone was interested in helping the salesman, so had to make another trip back just for a look. We reserved the car before looking at it, waited ages to be seen and when we eventually did had to wait another long time before car came in, it was supposed to be a 'car genius' but it was the salesman. When the car came into the showroom it was dirty and had a large screw in the tyre. We agreed to go with it anyway as we liked the car. We were told it would be a couple of days but it was more than a week! We were told it was because they were waiting on tyres, but my brothers a mechanic and he can get his same day! When the tyre was in I had to wait again, on the day I was booked with the handover team I couldn't get the car because my retention wasn't done (as I wasn't advised) even although we were told when purchasing the car we'd be told what to do and when to do it. With almost 2 weeks since agreeing to buy the car - I still hadn't had the keys to it. The v5 came in with my part ex with the old registration and handover team could not fit me in on the day it arrived - I wasn't prepared to wait, so salesman done this for me to get the car which I was very grateful for because it was quick and easy however another thing that the salesman had to do without help. Car wasn't the best valet I've ever seen and still had all the light scratches scratches on the car that are usually sorted out when you get a new car. Almost a month now since having the new car - my v5 for the new car still hasn't arrived and the spare key I was promised hasn't arrived either. It's been delay after delay and a very frustrating process. At one point I tried to call and get a manager but they never returned my call as promised - no one. The phoneline was nearly impossible to get through to anyone at any time hence the reason I used to use email. Our salesman was a great guy which makes it hard to write a poor review however I'm almost a month with the new car and still driving about without my plates or acknowledgment that the settlement to my old finance has been signed off. I've genuinely never waited this long for this to happen, most dealerships have this sorted out for when I pick the car up. I feel like the salesman was given to many jobs to do which made his job harder to do. Doesn't seem to be any communication within the company.

Worst Service Experienced. Waited three and a half weeks for the car which was 3 weeks longer than told. No contact between the day of purchase and the day of collection (3 weeks). On day of collection I thought I was there to test drive but the handover team expected me to take it home without insurance etc, again lack of communication. Standards of the car where shocking, the handover guy himself told me that the person who examines the car was not happy and therefor sent it back for a second valet. When the car came back (3 and a half hours later) it had one tiny piece of cardboard on the seat which soaked through to my jeans as the car was soaking there for I refused to take it as it wouldn’t dry right and smell. I am now one week after having the car and have had to take it to get valeted as the car was smelling due to it not drying right. When I signed for the car I was told it was £40 more expensive and when I asked for a breakdown, there was all added expenses onto it. None of which was spoke about. When I challenged back I was told it was because I said my budget was £200 so they added an extra £40 each month which was £1500 on top of the price of the car over 5 year. When I asked if all these services added on would I receive them over 5 years I was told no, it’s 12 month. So 5 years payment for 12 month service that I will probably never use. I was then told they would give me £500 towards the car which yet again I haven’t had any word about. Extremely unprofessional staff and a profoundly disappointing experience.

I am not happy. I get 14 days to return the car. I spend over 14000 and you give me W car with a cracked tyre. And even no SD card provide to me. Really disappoint me. please follow up with me immediately.

absolutely the worst customer service ive experienced from any company! impossible to contact anyone and calls are never returned! ridiculous to be flat out lied to from a supposedly professional company. rude, arrogant and cheeky staff within the hand over department. still, after numerous requests for simple information on a vehicle recently purchased, i have not received anything, from anyone. i have complained on a few different occasions and no one has bothered to contact me. i am left with a faulty vehicle that i have now to seek legal advice to rectify as this company simply does not care. bottom line is- BUY YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE!! save yourself the time, stress, hassle and money!

Worst experience of ever buying a car will never buy from car store again was supposed to pick my car up on Saturday and they didn’t have the log book for the new car the car was badly damaged and was told they would drop it off at 10am on Wednesday now that’s pasted I have had no contact from them and no one answering my calls after taking £1500 off me carz the cowboys I’m furious

The day we bought the car was 'party day' and Mark Dyer was keen to emphasise how much they want to make buying a car a pleasurable experience - After my experience I'd suggest he concentrate on being competent! He ordered the wrong car and didn't have the decency to admit it before we arrived to pick it up. He avoided us while we waited. Grey car ordered but a very light silver car supplied. Two small bumps on passenger side. Attended showroom on 22 May and paid deposit. Mark to phone with update on Monday 24th - no call. Manager called on 24th to tell me about a car I'd originally been interested in and didn't know I'd already been and bought a different car. Mark phone on 26th to say he'd be going to get the car on 27th and I'd be able to pick it up Fri - Sat. I arranged insurance. Mark then phoned 28th to say there'd be a delay as the V5 document was not available - odd? Later on I got a call from the handover team on 28h to say my car was ready and I could pick it up on Sat. She then, based on my response, checked with Mark and confirmed the V5 story. Pick up arranged for 4pm on 31 May. Waited for approx 45 minutes. Initially brought incorrect documents. I asked to see the car before paying for it - glad I did as it was not the car I expected. Correct registration but wrong car. We had been looking at a silver one but he then found a grey one and confirmed that it looked better than the silver so, we had chosen the grey. Paperwork prepared by Mark states 'grey' and V5 states 'silver'. I declined to take the car as this has been the worst customer service I've experience in quite some time. Did he seriously think I wouldn't notice or would smile politely and take what I was being fobbed off with. Why did he not tell me when he phoned on 28th. No wonder he avoided us! 9 days on and starting my search for a car again - very poor service.

Not great as your team wouldn’t sell me the car at the price I was originally quoted. Because I got my own finance agreement and a better deal things took a bit of a turn and became very difficult. Very disappointing as I have been a repeat customer in the past. Asking why I wasn’t told if I was to get my own finance the price would be different and the admin fee would jump to £500 and to be told “ cause you didn’t ask,its not my job to tell you” I don’t think is very professional and a bit embarrassing coming from management. Just disappointing all round from you guys.

Buying a car from Carz Hillington has been the most stressful experience that I have ever had. Poor customer service , more and happy to discuss this subject which I have already highlighted during the two days of hell I have had. Headlining /sun visors are filthy ,what happened to the deep clean, which seems to have never happened. Speaker rear passenger door makes a high pitch squeal. I was promised a good will gesture of a full tank of fuel , for the hassle that I have had, lo and behold another broken promise as this never happened. Mentioned this to the handover team rep who phoned me , the rep said that they would phone me back , with answer regarding how they would sort this out , and you have guessed it,I am still waiting for that phone call. As it stands at present i would never recommend Peter Vardy to my family and friends

There was 2 things that bothered me was I had to wait 2 hours to collect my car, not only that, you would think that buying a car for £6000 you would have the decency to at least clean the inside as there was a funny smell and crisp crumbs on the floor, so that just shows that you don't clean the cars out, very disappointing!!

Chris was very helpful, but i was promised prestige car mats as advertised which 3 months later I still don't have, my car was in for some minor adjustments, waited over 2 weeks for a call back, received really bad communication between services department and aftersales department and when calling switchboard it takes upto 30 mins to get through each time as no one answers, worst experience buying a car ever would not recommend.

If I'd thought it would inconvenience anyone but myself, I'd have never of picked the car up. My worst customer service experience to date. Avoid at all costs. What you may save in money, you will lose in time. There are too many 'teams' that seem to work in silos. No joined up thinking or communication and very much a case of, if you don't know the answer just make something up. Nightmare of a place. Kudos to Sharon who finally sorted everything out for me.

So disappointed... Arrived on Wednesday all the way from Alloa to be told the deal wasn’t settled and had to go back the following day. We did collect the car on thursday but not without issues. We have only been given 1 key and promised they will get the other to us but I’m doubting that although I do need 2 keys. There are a few chips on the car also and I was promised by the saleswoman it would be scratch/chip free. When going to collect the car it hadn’t even been valeted resulting in us having to wait 1.5hours just to collect. I was promised the day before it would be ready at 11.30. Now all this along with what happened yesterday is an absolute disgrace, considering we are paying full price for the car & still had to pay £150 today for deposit. I’m so disappointed with the service received at Peter Vardy. There is clearly miscommunication somewhere.

Took 4 weeks to get my car and was billed from first day, when I got my car there was still things wrong which was I was told would be fixed so had to send it back, I was then agreed to an autoglym kit for inconvenience and still haven’t received, it also took 3 times to paint my alloys as first time they didn’t even take the wheels off and it was left with oily handles on doors and my whole car was dirty when handed back to me after another month of sitting in there garage, the whole showroom is a shambles and I would not recommend going here as I know people who have had the same issues.
