“Jodie, sales advisor, had 10/10 customer service 5* no doubt. Aftercare was decent, although there was a bit of confusion and some missing communication with the aftersales team and the parts department which resulted in a wasted trip down to Glasgow to try to sort out a key that didn't have a battery in it.”

“Couldn’t fault Christopher Boyd however for a car that’s just had a mot my back windscreen wiper non existent and the side light has a fault as it’s showed up on my dashboard”

“Good overall experience with the Peter Vardy Carstore at Hillington. We purchased a car and have been very happy with it. We've been called a couple of times to check up that everything is OK and we are pleased with it all. The reason we've only given 4 stars and not the full 5 stars is because the car we originally wanted to purchase was unavailable. This we didn't find out until we had test driven it and were in the final throes of paying for it when salesperson then realised it had been sold online previously. This of course was not our salespersons fault but the mistake lay with a colleague of his who didn't put a "sold" sticker on the car. It was very disappointing at the time but in the end we are delighted with the car we've bought.”

“Firstly, the overall deal was decent. A wee bit more than I originally wanted to pay a month but only over budget by £12. First call we flagged up the car we liked and the Sales Manager ensured it was ringfenced for us. We called back but it was another manager who did the deal. Apologies that I have mislaid my notes with the names but these two individuals did a very good job. Pick up of the car went very smoothly so thanks. Minor quibble was car tyre pressure too low at pick up. Special thanks for the Marvel refund and instead giving the Holiday Accommodation option instead as we asked. COVID permitting it may come in handy. Again a good experience with your firm and if the Gods are kind we should see you again in 3-4 years. Hopefully by then more electric/hybrid vehicles will be available for selection and crucially at competitive prices.”

“The sales service with Jamie couldn't be faulted. However when I went to collect my vehicle with 2 excited kids, we had to leave it as there was fame on the paintwork which had already been pointed out at the point of sale. The workshop repaired this ready for collection the next day, so I think the key here is COMMUNICATION.”

“Very welcoming and nice staff, quick process. There was problems with my car once bought which shouldn’t of happened in the first place.However, Peter Vardy fixed it quick enough without a problem. Hopefully doesn’t break again.”

“John Deummond who took care of the sale was very helpful and made the process very easy, I am more than happy with the service he provided. If I was to base my experience entirely on his service I would 100% return again, however the car I received has a slight blemish from where a repair job has been done but the paint does not match the car’s original colour. I was promised that the car would be nice n pristine condition when I received and I believe this to be less than promised. I was also promised that I would be contacted about getting this blemish seen to within a few days of receiving the car, however I have not heard anything from Peter Vardy yet, aside from my call with John who could not help with this issue. This has tarnished my experience with Peter Vardy somewhat, which is disappointing after John provided such excellent service.”

“After having temperature taken at door i was alliwed in to wander , Saw a car out back and sales rep got the keys and i went for a drive. I had a trade in too ,i asked if price was negociable expecting them to say yes ,but no ,taken aback, No extras in package , Sales person was not pushy,”

“Very pleasant surroundings to walk around in showroom. My salesman Paul Craig was tremendous in every aspect of the sale. But handover from Lesley was very rushed. In that keycards hadn’t been checked and needed new batteries! These were replaced and within days weren’t working! A further visit to your showroom and George (Service Manager) replaced batteries AGAIN. Within days NOT working again. Booked into service dept for Technician to look over. He called me next day to say WRONG batteries inserted into keycards by George! Very unprofessional! Put in complaint when collecting my car on 15 august with salesman Jamie?? And heard nothing back to date!! Not happy!!”
