“Negotiating the deal was satisfactory and the car has come up to my expectations. Delivery from Glasgow to Surrey was good if a bit expensive. My only criticism is that the accounts department needed correcting and chasing. Order and invoice did not tally.”

“Had a good experience with the hillington branch. Staff are really nice david docherty was very knowledgeable on the car i purchased and very helpfull with explaining everything. We were offered coffee and tea, and the handover with william was very quick and efficient, and he was really friendly and pleasant, id say a credit to your team.”

“Ordered car online for same day pick up, was told it was ready to go and we could take away same day!…. Car wasn’t ready at all so we decided to look at others! Found one and was told again we could take away same day as car had been prepared by workshop etc. (Which it had been) overall we were there 5 hours and never dealt with anyone directly! It was like we were invisible to the staff! A manager came and went off on one at the staff for not taking our money and 5 mins later we had the keys so could get home eventually! Have to say it was the worst experience buying a car we’ve ever had! Serious communication issues between internet team and floor staff! What ever happened to one stop shop??? Won’t return for next car even it was going to cost me less!”

“I had a really positive experience, I was assisted to source the car that I wanted with better specifications than I expected. The sales operative was incredibly helpful as was the chap that delivered it, he went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with everything upon delivery, the best customer service I have received by any company for many years.”

“Although still within a Pandemic I was rather shocked at how busy the Glasgow Peter Vardy Carz were on a Saturday. Very pleased with the carefully planned and executed Pandemic Response procedure they have put in to place. One-way system with temperature readings on entering the business and hand sanitisation stations. I had a booking scheduled for the morning and was very pleased with the service throughout. Not once did I feel as though the sale was pushed on me or silly little extras, as most do. It was professional with key focus on my needs and requirements as a customer. Slight delay is the car prep, however, they kindly sent one of my wheels away to be refurbished and adhered to their policies in which new wheels were put on too. After care - great, had a small issue with air conditioning and they were quick to resolve the issue, did not cost me a penny. Great service, good recovery from the recent Pandemic. Thank you Peter Vardy and Dylan, you all live up to the Value of customer trust and respect. Thank you.”

“Very good customer service I recently bought a car from Peter Vardy and was most impressed with the excellent and great customer service and communication from their representative Kieran. There were some minor issues that only came to light after I had left the store with the car but Kieran listened and acted on ym concerns and was able to arrange the repair while I was at work (as a key worker I cant leave work to have these attended to). Thanks so much for your help-overall a positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone.”
