“I was advised by the reception that it was Lisa's first day back, Lisa said she was off for 16 months and may be a bit rusty with any new updates on the system. She sought relevant help when required and I felt valued and appreciated while she did. I did not mind the minor delays while getting help, I received excellent customer care during the purchase and on collection and was offered refreshments at both times.”

“The sales team were great at Carz Glasgow. Especially Ryan. He was really nice, informative, thorough and efficient. My experience with him was fantastic. On the other hand the issues surrounding the collection of my car were horrendous. I was booked in for a 2pm collection. I did not collect until 4pm. I waited 2 hours at the branch and even then the car wasn't upto standard as promised. All the scuffs that should've been buffed our were still there. The car hadn't been cleaned properly. And even after reticfying these the standard was poor and rushed. Crumbs still in the car and issues still visible. I'm disabled and it took alot out of me due to the poor seating arrangements. I have rheumatoid arthritis so have major back issues. 2 hours even with stretching and walks is alot on a poor chair. To the point I had to take the car home and get my wife to return to resolve the issues so I could lay down and take painkillers. Then she was another 1 hour nearly to get all the issues resolved. Thankfully they were but this was not anywhere near the experience promised, and this being our 4th car purchased from Carz Hillington, or what we have had previously. This should never have happened. If the store had told us of delays and issues we could've held off until the car was appropriately ready. Every time I got told just 10 minutes it was nearly 30 before I got the next excuse. Thankfully when Ryan saw me and I explained what was happening he took charge and started sorting it out. Same for when my wife returned yet again it was Ryan that was trying to help. So I'm thankful of him. For the bodyshop and valet however I'm extremely disappointed. Make no mistake this gets a good review because of Ryan and Ryan alone. If it weren't for him I don't think in good conscience I could recommend the store to anyone. I would be happy to chat with anyone if they were willing to discuss this further. Just really disappointed on the whole.”

“My sales rep was an extremely helpful gentleman. I was in a predicament with my car situation and he managed to get me a car and out the showroom all in the one day. He was a really nice gentleman and took pride in his job. He couldn’t be anymore helpful. He is a credit to your company. I also spoke to his manager as well and again he was an extremely pleasant and helpful member of staff. All in all a very good experience.”

“I had a great experience with James Clive who was my salesman. He made me feel very comfortable and took his time to go through everything with me (even drawing diagrams to better explain when I didn’t understand). He also brought a car over from Dundee as I was very keen on a car that wasn’t actually at the Glasgow store. I ended up loving it when I seen the car in person and drove it away that night - so thank you James! Darren his manager was also a huge help in the purchase of my new motor. Couldn’t recommend them more.”
