“Well set up and easy to navigate showroom with very helpful staff from the reception desk to the handover team. Ryan in sales was a great help in putting me at ease and helping me through every stage of the process without making me feel rushed or under pressure. He was friendly and professional throughout and he remembered personal details which was nice as it made me feel he genuinely took an interest and I would be happy to recomend him. “Ryan at Peter Vardy Hillington, went above and beyond for me when purchasing my new car. He was very helpful when choosing what car would be best for me, and whilst financing my car. “I purchased my second Peter Vardy car in September 2020. At the time of pick up I had a snag list as long as my arm. They assured me the valet would be completed again to a better standard. Upon final collection of the vehicle the valet still wasn’t up to scratch. I was assured that I would be contacted to arrange for the repairs to be made. No such call was ever placed. After many months and discovering yet more faults with the car I have again lost the will to chase Peter Vardy to sort issues with the car they sold to me. Have come to the conclusion that once they have your money they do not give a damn. Go to Macklin motors. At least they respect their customers!!”

“Christopher Mitchell from Hillington Carz, who I have been dealing with, has been most helpfull, friendly and knowlagable and has told me to contact him if I need any further help with the car. I have at arranged with your garage to return the vehicle next week, for them to fix a few things I noticed when I took it for a first drive i.e. Brake lamp warning light, rear bulb not working and no screen wash at all in car .I thought these things would have been sorted out after going through the advertised Peter Vardy 114 point checkup etc. I have also asked for a copy of the 114 point test report and Service history as the last recorded paperwork I received was from 2017 ( photos attattched ) Many Thanks John MacDonald”

“Arrived to look at a car before store opened. Craig Dick came running over with bounding enthusiasm to greet me and my young puppy I had with me. I was expecting him to say something other than 'I will sneek you in the side door so you don't have to wait, and bring young Walter with you, does he wants drink? we have dog bowls'. Once in Carstore both of us were made to feel very important by the staff, more so young Walter but it made me smile. The vehicle I came to see was in as new condition and the few tiny marks I noticed, Craig assured me they would be dealt with if I purchased the vehicle (they were). Basically the whole experience was a pleasure. Since purchase I've even had a few calls from Craig to ask if I have any issues. I would strongly recommend Craig and Carstore. So would Walter, the Carestore cuddly toy in the boot was a nice touch, he loves it!”

“The first time myself and my mum visited Peter Vardy Carstore in Hillington, Glasgow, we were extremely impressed by the way we were greeted by the store manager Stephen who explained how the sales in the showroom works which made me feel at ease as there was no pressure at all. We were then introduced to Christopher Doak, a further sales executive who took great time and effort in assisting me on picking my first car. Christopher was extremely helpful and made me feel very at ease while in the CarStore. We were offered many refreshment throughout our visits free of charge and were very well looked after! We then returned to Peter Vardy's CarStore a few days later for an appointment with Christopher to purchase the car we had previously looked at. The process was completely stress-free and straight forward as Christopher explained everything in great detail for me to fully understand the benefits of GAP Insurance ect which we then decided to take out with yourselves. When we went back to the CarStore to pick up my new Ford Ka, I was overwhelmed by the effort and thought that went into making this experience of buying my first car so special. Every member of staff that I got passed over to was so friendly and helpful and made this day feel so special! Especially the special touch that Christopher added being a big red bow off his own back, thanks to his kind mum as that was always my dream to have a big red bow on my first car!! Thank you to everyone at Pater Vardy CarStore at Hillington Glasgow for making my dreams come true and a day that I will never forget!! I would strongly recommend anyone to visit this CarStore as it was an outstanding experience for a first time car buyer!”
