To date, I have received NO confirmation of having received my email asking for a replacement or a refund. I would appreciate acknowledgement from Carter & Co that my merchandise arrived broken. Please respond to the two emails from lstapleton724@gmail. I love the products but because of this lack of follow-up customer care I cannot give a good review.”
“I love the clean fresh scents that are offered. They are an excellent option if you don't want all the additives of larger chain brands at a reasonable price. I had to have my order shipped due to distance. I've not had a box packaged that nicely from any other vendor online. Plus the whole back story is heartwarming. Can't wait to try the fall/winter scents later this year.”
