Very poor quality case that didn’t look at all like picture on their website. The most frustrating part was emailing customer service back and forth 6 times and still not receiving info about returning the case. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but, that’s totally false. Terrible quality product, terrible customer service and their claims can’t be trusted. I’ll be leaving bad reviews on as many platforms as possible.

NEVER BUY FROM CASETIFY unless you don’t care about the quality of your expensive phone case or dealing with terrible customer service! My case was poorly made and the print was shoddy. I would pay USD$15 for this case not anywhere near the full retail price of USD$40. It also took 4 business days to be dispatched (which I would understand if I ordered a personalised case but mine was bulk standard). I also paid for express delivery so not being told it would take days to be dispatched is very misleading. I asked Casetify for their returns process and I received radio silence which I think was a ploy to run down the 10 day refund window or force me to give up. I opened a case with PayPal and magically I received a reply telling me to send the case back to Hong Kong or I wouldn’t receive a refund. Sending an item back to Hong Kong from Australia via registered post is not cheap. It was delivered and I received an email from Casetify saying to not bother sending the case back and they would refund me the cost of the case. This is after they knew I spent $$ sending the case back to them as per their instructions. Now I am out of pocket and they will do nothing about it! Terrible customer service, my case was shocking, and they mislead people about their refund policy.

Be very wary of this company. They operate some shady business practices. I bought a $100 gift card for my daughter to use on a case when she got a new phone. She finally got her phone, went to use it and got a message the code didn’t work. When I emailed asking about it and after much back and forth I was told the gift card was expired. My daughter never worried about timing because there is no expiration date printed on the gift card or in the email sent to me confirming my purchase. When I mention this, I was told it’s under terms and conditions. I had to scroll through pages of legal junk that no one ever reads, but companies post to cover their butts to find where it said there was a 1 year expiration date to their gift cards. Before you buy a case from them and trust their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee you might want to check the terms and conditions out. They have an F rating on BBB with 50 complaints just this year. There are so many other case companies out there now that I wouldn’t deal with one like this.

They offer discount codes in exchange for signing up for emails, then exclude their most popular products from the discount. But they only tell you that after they have your email and phone number. When you write a critical review of them, they email you offering a 10% discount in exchange for dropping a case back to their store (they have one store in the whole of Australia and it's 2064km away) and then alternately offer to cancel your order, and then put it on hold indefinitely until you respond. So even though it's paid for in full, they won't ship it until I respond to their stupid offer to my justified review. Thanks so much for the help Adalyn!

This product is fine if you do not need to return the item. They say they have a 10 day return policy, yet there’s no information on how or where to return an item.

My 10 dollar clear Amazon phone case protected my phone for over a year. Then, when I get this case tidy case for over 50 dollars, after less than one week of having it, the whole back of my phone is completely shattered. I ordered the correct case and it came, yet somehow I think that the case was too tight and put too much pressure on the phone. I believe I dropped it off of a couple feet from a locker, yet the whole back of the phone is completely cracked and shattered and will cot be a fortune to repair. I am beyond disappointed as this is completely unacceptable for such a pricey case that is always guaranteed to be amazing.

Horrible customer service - returned an unused case with original packaging & tag still on. Never received an actual refund or credit. Emailed several times. Would never recommend this company.

Almost 2 months and nothing received yet! They are truly laughing at me when I write to them. Ask for my money back but they just avoid the question, talking like I've said nothing. Lyers also, telling me that they send it by express post (express but still in Indonesia 2 weeks later!!!) Casetify= lost of time and money!!!

I purchased a phone case back in Jan 2021. It cost me £55, It took a significant time to be delivered and I tried to cancel - which I was told wasn't possible (which is a lie). Anyway, I accepted the delay, it got delivered several weeks later and I starting using it. This was the first challenge (which I swallowed). Fast forward: I contacted Casetify in September 2022 because the case has broken down - sent pictures and was told it was out of warranty. I'm not fussed about an internal process or policy, I care that I spent £55 on a phone case that's fallen apart with less than 18 months use. Anyway, I can't really be bothered with the argument because Casetify are just rubbish. They've offered me 15% off another purchase (LOL) but that isn't going to work. My advice: don't spend your cash here, take it elsewhere - you'll save money and you'll waste less time.

If you read reviews then please save yourself time and lots of money and go buy somewhere else! This business is a joke! Customer service is a scam, they sit there and copy/paste from faq until your 10 days are up or until you just get tired of asking questions and give up! Nowhere on their site or in the photos of the products does it say on the biodegradable ones that it will have inky black spots alll over it and look like cheap quality printing....but it does...and then they tell you this like its something you should have known! THEN they tell you that you can exchange it, but wont tell you how or where to get a return label, and that you will have to wait for it to be received to get credit....This site is a scam, it took 3 weeks for a stock print and then it was awful....so save your money and go somewhere else. Zazzle is a great alternative to this trash site. I ordered both cases same day and my custom zazzle came BEFORE this piece of junk case and was perfect. Also the questions asking how did you communicate with the company ?? The ONLY WAY YOU CAN email!! there is no other option ...oh i wish i could have spoke to a person! Please look at the pictures I attached! Now if they had showed it like this under the biodegradable case then I would never have ordered it in the first place! False representation of their products is what it is.
