I have been shopping from catch of the day for 5 years. High quality products with affordable price. Only the last product that I order wasn't as expected (it was a very cheap moka pot) i contacted them for return and they confirmed refund straight away and made things much easier for me. They are the best online shopping business for me.

But the postage alone may have been close to the price I paid for the product, it was under $18 dollars so I told the seller not to worry about and just threw out the product.

Love the service and such fast delivery. Only ever had one item faulty and that was refunded extremely quickly. I feel safe ordering from Catch, prices are great too.

, i noticed two of the foot plate bolts were worn, this leads me too believe its a refurbished unit, i rang got a returns number RMA number is 9998011170755.

Sent the incorrect product back only to be sent exactly the same incorrect product back to me as a replacement! Unbelievably poor customer service, takes up to five days from when you submit a complaint for a return address to be sent to you and then at least ten days for the returns centre to process the return.

It was delivered on time but when we opened the boxes, we found some serious assembly issues and we immediately reported the issues by creating a video showing the issues and requested for an immediate return and refund.

I had purchased an item on the 4th of May it is now the 18th the delivery service that catch are using couriers please have cancelled my delivery 3 times between the 9th and the 18th I have spoken with customer service 3 times and have requested a refund which I am sure this is not going to be easy will never purchase any items through catch again!!!!!!

I found the staff so willing to help. They went out of their way to assist me and my bench cushions arrived very quickly. I was very impressed with the high quality customer service. The bench cushions were very reasonably priced and look terrific!
