SLEAZY, SHIFTY AND SHONKY. Catch.com.au overseas call-centre customer service team are ever-so-polite but they will NEVER actually resolve an issue for you such as receiving incorrect goods (as happened in my case). Expect polite platitudes and "We're on your side" statements but even though it is catch.com.au that takes your money, they will do all they can to shift blame onto their 'sellers' and avoid responsibility. I caught them misinforming, omitting information and even lying. My advice is IF you're tempted to try out this so-called 'Australian' company then use PAYPAL to pay them because it was only through PAYPAL that I was able to FORCE a refund from catch.com.au who otherwise would NOT refund me and instead just gave me weeks of runaround. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SLEAZY CROOKS.

Item shows in stock, more than a week later and with phone call to customer service who do nothing item still shows order processing Beware catch is a big scam company Promising quick delivery

don't bother with this company , they provide faulty products and are not prepared to refund . stay away and choose to go to the shop , you may pay a little more but you can always go back if there is a problem . this guys will only exist if you support them .

This company is a flagship for other vendors only - 3 orders and they part ship everything you can expect 10 deliveries for your order, everything comes in part shipments so you need to micro manage anything you order from this mob. Several times now I have been short shipped items and need to follow up with the company. Im over there deliveries and backorders... half the stuff they are just the middleman for they are not supplying so they dont know if or when you get items. There delivery systems are so convulted.. too much bother for deals that are really not that competitive anyways. Look elsewhere my advise unless you have time to micro manage your orders on this companys behalf.

I was about to buy 2x iPad Mini's for my kids for christmas. Thanks to these reviews, i'm not going to catch.com.au to get them. Your pain and suffering has help me this time..........

Customer service are polite but USELESS. Couldn't give me a sure answer on when they would ship items. Only to wait 6 weeks and receive an email saying they were out of stock. Stupidly I have ordered from them again as a redemption round but alas, it's been a week and the order is still sitting on processing..

I have been a customer of Catch for several years . No complaints until last 6 months ago, on 3 occasions have not received part of my order so obviously not been packed . Customer service seems to be slack in helping as well. I think another company has bought company. Until 6 months ago they were very reliable and if there was a problem they sorted it quickly. Still have been waiting for a refund and still not received. very disappointed , such a shame, great company before I probably won' t bother ordering anything in future. I do not wish to go through this everytime i order from them.

THIEVES!!1 NEVER signed up for anything - but this company have been debiting our account a few dollars monthly for years. Disgusting Corporate thieves. If you buy from them - watch them debit your account. EVERY MONTH!!!! You've been warned.

Don’t recommend paid for an item on special waited for a month after numerous phone calls and emails was told item was no longer available yet it is still for sale on the website .After more phone calls and emails a refund was finally given. Worst first transaction ever.How does the company still exist with such poor customer service.

They show no interest whatsoever when they create a problem through their total lack of honesty. My order showed online that it had left the warehouse never happened...Everything I have read from other customers on this site I believe to be true. They cannot supply my purchase but still have it showing 50 in stock and quick delivery mine is now 3 weeks never delivered. Complaints fall on deaf ears they are not interested.

I am quite certain that you are not sorry. I am now certain that Catch.com.au is a scam.....regardless of what it might have been in the past. Endless excuses for non-delivery of item ordered....still waiting after 5 weeks, and false promises and statements of actions taken from 3 different company representatives (which are quite transparent). They basically have a team of people to pretend they are an honest Australian company. Ripping off a lot of vulnerable people at Xmas time. Beware of ordering goods through this company. They need to be shut down.

They falsely advertise products and dont deliver , you have to chase them up to get your money back . What a scam . Dont buy from them in my opinion . Catch.com.au is either a scam or totally incompetent. Avoid them like the plague.

I bought a PlayStation steering wheel from them on 21st September and got an email on 24th September saying it had been dispatched - all good so far. Then the waiting started. After a week I used the link in the dispatch email to see what the status was and it just said "Ordered". No ETA, no status updates to say where it was - the first big red flag. I looked through the FAQs on the site and it said I had to wait until 30 days after dispatch before I could contact them - the second big red flag. So I waited, and waited, and waited, and nothing arrived. Eventually it had been 30 days so I looked on the website for how I could contact them about it. There was a graphic saying "call" but no phone number - the third big red flag. Finally I found a button at the bottom of all the FAQs (none of which helped me with an undelivered order) which let me send them a message. I got an email saying my inquiry had been received and also "As messages are addressed in order of submission time, duplicate or multiple inquiries will lead to your message being pushed further back into the queue. This will therefore cause delays in responding to your inquiry. We kindly ask that you refrain from sending follow-up requests". In other words, don't keep messaging us when we don't respond or we'll take even longer to respond - the fourth big red flag. This was on 26th October. On 1st November I finally got an email saying they were looking into what happened to my order. On 2nd November they emailed to say they'd asked Kmart (who it turns out were the actual retailer) to look for it. They said it could take 3 days to do a "full store search". Six days later - 8th November, nearly 7 weeks after I placed the order - I hadn't heard anything so I contacted them again. They emailed back same day to say that Kmart couldn't find it so it was "lost in transit", they'd refunded my money and - here's the real kicker - "Given the unfortunate circumstances and inconvenience caused, I have applied a $10 credit to your account as a gesture of goodwill". Wow, a whole ten bucks which I can only spend on Catch.com.au, that makes me feel SO much better. So after 7 weeks of waiting I'm back where I started, except that I now can't get the wheel from anywhere else because in the time it took them to admit they'd lost my order every other retailer has sold out of it and it's been replaced with a crappy new model. Instead I have to pay an extra 50% to get the next model up which will take another 6 to 8 weeks to arrive (but at least the website told me that when I bought). I once worked for a marketplace website like Catch.com.au (no, not Amazon) and even though our customers weren't technically buying from us, by hosting the retailers on our site we were vouching for them. That meant that if something went wrong the buck stopped with us, and that didn't mean just throwing the customer's money back at them and giving them a pathetic amount "in their account". Catch.com.au is aping Amazon but falling at the lowest hurdle: actually getting the customer what they ordered. I won't make the mistake of trusting them again.

Ordered a cubby house for Christmas, stock was available at the time, to now be advised they cannot get stock. This is an absolute disgrace and false advertising and to wait weeks and weeks for them to advise this!!! Don’t trust Catch that they can fulfill your order

Catch doesn't let customers add reviews after they purchase! So where do the reviews come from??? I couldn't I bought a Garmin S2 scale, that was complete garbage it stopped working after 3 weeks. There's no facility in catch for me to provide negative (or postive) feedback so where do the customer ratings come from??? Who knows???

Be very careful with catch they say sign up FREE delivery then there second party they buy from charge you POSTAGE also it’s NO FREE DELIVERY!!!!!! Sorry no more catch for me!!!!!👎🏻

False and misleading advertising. I purchased an item that was marked as an on sale item, however the item was the actual retail price. Completely misleading and false advertising - I've just submitted a case with The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Extremely poor customer service following this up as well.

These guys can’t get anything right. Wrong product supplied later than expected. Then they said they had no stock left despite then still showing 4 in stock on there web site. Dishonest and untrustworthy!!!!

I strongly discourage people to buy items online with Catch, we bought a pair of bikes and when we got them their quality and their performance was completely opposite to what they offered when advertised the product. The answer to our claim " is your perception" which in the end gives them the reason and you can't claim anything. The bikes were really poor quality which affected their performance, very disapointing but how can you prove.that in a photo?? Lesson: If you buy items online that are advertised as "great, awesome, marvelous' and.when you receive them you find that is not like that.. be prepared.to hear from Catch "is your perception, other customers dont think the same" better to pay a bit more and to go to a shop where you can check in real.that.the item is good quality.
