We both found something. I give them.a 10 out 10. I highly recommend that store. Hope you will be as lucky as we were to have the same two woman help you. They are amazing. Thank you for your help. “My sister and I went to the Cato's in Celina Ohio 15 min. before it closed. They wouldn't let us try our clothes on because they had already cleaned the dressing rooms. My sister had around $150.00 worth of clothing and I had about $100.00. We are grown adults and would not trash the dressing rooms. Pretty sad that they would pass up a sale instead of staying a few minutes late. I thought if a store said they were open until 6 that meant 6, not 5:45. Their loss.”

“I want to commend the store mgr., Lisa, at store #939 in Ft.Smith, Ark. on Rogers Ave. I am from a nearby small town and I bought a pair of jeans that I fell in love with, but they were too small. So I took them to the location in my town to exchange them for a bigger pair, I had lost the receipt and any identifying paperwork with the order # and the location in my small town, after an employee was extremely rude to me was unable to assist me. Lisa was able to get a pair of the same jeans from the Junior dept. and use that order # and was able to order me the correct size. I appreciate her, I spend a lot of money in Cato stores, I do want to say I love the store mgr and most of the employees at the location in my small town and they are exceptionally nice but It was Lisa at store #939 in FT. “I have a strong affinity for Cato. Whenever I wear clothing from this brand, I receive compliments. The prices are reasonable, and the fashion is exceptional. Among all the Cato stores, the Pearland location is my favorite. The store boasts an impressive lineup of women's clothing. The staff greets customers with a smile, provides assistance, and engages in friendly conversation. They offer their professional opinions when asked about the suitability of a particular item. I visit this store at least once a week to purchase fashionable clothing. The team of ladies, including Candace, Paula, Regina, and Nikita, are highly skilled and work well together. The store is always clean and tidy. On one occasion, I called the store just before closing time to inquire about an item I had seen online. Despite the late hour, the staff kindly waited for me to arrive. I am delighted with the service I receive at the Pearland Cato store and will continue to shop there in the future.”

This store has been a life saver. I pretty much bought my entire wardrobe from here. I shop at the 14th & Los Rios location in Plano, TX 75074. The manager there Candy has been so AMAZING to me & very helpful. The other employees have also been super nice & SUPER helpful. Let me start by saying 90% of my clothes are from Catos. I don’t wear the same outfit everyday ok. That should tell you how much I love Catos clothing. No, Catos not Macy’s, Nordstrom Rack, Dillards, Belks, etc. but it comes very close…. Do you hear me!!!! Every time I step out in a Catos outfit I get positive feedback!!!! When traveling and on vacation I have too find a Catos and now my husband looks for me ok. Sometimes I run into people who need more customer service experience but that’s everywhere. It’s true one bad experience can turn people away and it’s sad because good business went out the door. I feel, it’s time, too bring Catos on TV commercials!! It’s a wonderful store 💯”
“I went into the Catos in Hinesville, Ga on Saturday July3, 2021. The manager and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And I would have to say it was one of the best looking Catos stores I have been in. They are doing a great job. So go to the Hinesville Ga store. You will not regret it.
