“Buyer beware! Never heard of this company before. Placed an order which was no longer required as the item this was set to replace was successfully restored. Tried to cancel immediately. Zero responses to emails. Took forever to answer the phone but was assured the courier would be contacted with delivery stopped and item returned to retailer. Item delivered. Zero help via WhatsApp. Returns policy simply says to contact them. Err hello? Have tried every means possible. They are forcing me to now take formal action against them and I’ll be reporting them to Trading Standards.”
