The car hire company ended up a non starter. We got picked up and taken to the middle of nowhere. Ended up dealing with a bunch of gangsters. To have any realistic insurance the price doubled. Chepcrap air advertised unlimited mileage. Yeah right! we was in Vegas Nevada, so on the borders of both Arizona and California. If we crossed into any of the two said states we incurred a $50 fine per crossing. I didn't take the car and lost my deposit. Also ignore the cheap in cheapo, it wasn't cheap! “I purchased a ticket for $566.77 on CheapOair, now with that been said my card was charged under CheapOair $550.67 $4.95 and $16.10 my card was also charged under Sprite airline for $550.67. I've reached out to CheapOair multiple times to no avail or solution. They gave me a date that the reversal should be reversed and nothing happened. They keep giving me the run around telling me to call my bank. I've spoken to my bank directly and my bank said it CheapOair needs to release the funds "reversal of funds".

“Cheapoair is a scam with all kind of fees. I initially made a reservation through this scam of a company… after the fact and within 30 minutes, I checked with the airline to find the same airfare was $200 less. So much for cheaper. I booked directly with the airline and then called Cheapoair to cancel. In order to cancel, they charged a $100 cancellation fee which the rep stated it was mandated by the airline. That was completely false. The airline gives its passengers a 24 hour window to change their mind without penalty. Not sure if I have any recourse, but I'm going to challenge with my credit card company”

“I booked a ticket from Abu Dhabi to Islamabad and I clearly added baggage to ticket but on my arrival at Etihar Airways check in counter I came to know my ticket is with out luggage for which they asked me to reach my Air ticket agents which were these Sammers cheap o air by the way the represent there name very well so I reach online chat section and the agent asked for 20$ additionally and as I was in hurry so I said ok for this scam too but later on they didn’t added any luggage and due to which I lost my flight because on counter luggage cost were 5 times my ticket cost, and they never answer me back for that ticket change or refund or any compensation as I have to buy new ticket plus cost of over stay at hotel for a night etc
